We recently had Emmanuel paint our nursery for our baby boy, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Had a great experience using Emmanuel and his crew. They are very detailed in their work, and know how to paint really well. Total professional job, and honestly so easy from a client-perspective. They used a sander machine to smooth out the walls first, and it was really nice because it absorbed the dust and didn't leave a mess. They protected all of our furniture and floors really well too. I also didn't expect this, but the paint they got was the best quality type from Sherwin Williams. It was nice to know that they didn't go cheap. Ceilings weren't included, but they ended up doing some ceiling touchups to make it look nicer (huge plus!). It's nice to know there are contractors out there that actually care about doing a high-quality job. Definitely plan on using them in the future for my next paint job. The owner Emmanuel dropped off his flyer advertising exactly on the day that I had to decide who I was going to hire to paint our house. He came out to quote our attached house in a professional manner and included specific details. My neighbor and I had to work with our HOA for approval of paint colors, it took weeks so he was very patient waiting.. His crew showed up every day on time keeping the property clean. They are a courteous group of guys. Before and after pictures of our house is amazing. The crew spent the last day touching up and looking over their work. 3 paint colors on house, stucco and fascia's plus metal gate. The quote was very reasonable. We did not go over the estimate cost of the project. His price was true to quote. I even asked for additional work the last day and he was able to accommodate a lacquer finish on my stonework. I recommend this company. He is knowledgeable and very responsive to text messages and questions. Also a great bonus he took drone shots of the house before, during, and after it is an incredible upgrade to have. Highly recommend! We needed our rental property painted within a matter of 4 days, in between when the previous renters moved out and the new renters moved in. It wasn't until we walked the property when the tenants moved out did we realize how bad the state of the paint and base boards were in. The house is over 1,800 sq ft and every room/wall/baseboard/stair railing needed to be re-painted. I called 5 painters whose business cards I found at the paint store, and Emmanuel called back first (within a matter of a minute or two). He said he could come out the next morning to do an estimate and then start work the following day if it worked out. Not only did they work late every night to finish, they were able to do their work on top of the crew of handymen we also had working on the house, as well as finished just in time for the cleaners to still do their deep clean. Within hours of Emmanuel's' crew finishing and the housecleaners leaving, we were able to hand the keys to the new tenants as if it was a brand new house! Emmanuel and his crew were professionals through and through, provided advice on paint selection for better durability for future tenancies, kept me abreast of everything that was going on, and delivered quality work timely on our rushed timeline as promised. Proper Painting did a great job on our new house. They took our dark grey walls and dark yellow walls from the previous owner and now they're a beautiful white. My wife loves the new fresh paint color and all the dark colors were painted over with premium paint to ensure full color block and coverage. The staff was professional and clean. We stopped by a couple times during the paint and all the non painted areas were well covered and protected with paper and/or plastic to ensure paint only went where it needed. They were able to get the job faster than the competing contractor. Highly recommend giving Emmanuel and Proper Paining a shot on your paint needs. During the walk through Emmanuel, let us know roughly how many days it would take to paint, water pressure, prep work, 3 different types of rates for basic paint and top notch painting, or with us buying pain ourselves and them doing the painting and prep work. During the free estimate walk through, he made a lot of great recommendations that I didn't think about. He sent me the quote promptly with all the details and the different options we discussed. I thought all the extra things we discussed were going to really add up to the total cost, but to my surprise, his final quote with all the extra work was way lower than my other two previous quotes. Emmanuel definitely did not nickel and dime every little part of the job. What I also appreciated was the attention to detail. Everything was thoroughly covered and prepped and he took care of everything he promised in the quote. They definitely don't cut corners. The popcorn was removed so it took quite a lot of expensive primers to cover the ceiling properly but they made sure everything was done properly even if it took an extra day. Most other people would have said it was good enough and moved on because time is money, but I really appreciated that they wanted to make sure the job was done right.
