The amazing professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and workmanship of Freddy and his great crew, Miguel, Jose, and Junior, in my opinion exceeds that of what their rate is. They really do care a lot about their work and make sure it's quality. Not only that, they are able to finish it in a timely manner. We ended up hiring them to stain our hardwood floors (but ended up keeping it with natural color) and had been very accommodating in working around a busy household. We also had a fresh coat of paint in some of our interior walls as maintenance, which made the house look new again. As expected, they did a wonderful job. At that point, we decided to move forward with another company. Communication and follow-through are important when choosing someone for a major home project, and unfortunately that wasn't our experience.

Instead of being upfront about his "one-contractor only" expectation, he chose to waste our time and walk away on the spot. It came across as unprofessional, inflexible, and dismissive of our situation. If you consider hiring Seong, make sure you ask very clearly about his attitude toward competing bids and your time. Based on our experience, I would not rely on him for anything that requires basic respect, communication, or professionalism.

The work involved painting 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, dining area, ceiling, doors and kitchen cabinet which took about 4-5 days to complete. Since we were replacing the carpet, we saved time on prep work and used it as a drop cloth. Sergio did a great job patching holes on wall and repairing popcorn ceiling bubbling up from the paint sprayer. I work all day so I can only check the progress and status after work.
