When the column that he was stucco-ing had some termites, he called me and showed me the issue and suggested remediation before he closed it up. A slash-and-dash guy would've just done the job and hoped for the best, but Seth did the right thing which cost HIM time. Kudos. I was surprised that the job only took a few hours but little did I know, they had either no clue what they were doing or were simply trying to just make it look good. Needless to say, it failed and within 6 months there were many areas of bubbling, peeling, chipping. I texted pictures and on March 25, Seth came over and told me that he would fix the problem areas and do it correctly. He described the process that he would use, showed me a sealer type product that should have been used and wasn't. He said that he was busy right then but would be able to take care of it in a few weeks. It is now June 4. He has since not responded to multiple calls and texts. I've been lied to and ghosted. All I can say is SHAME ON THEM!!
