i have my gutter repair and cleaning done on 6-25-25 and I noticed a couple weeks ago two leaks from the gutter after rain. Omar came back 2 days ago and spent considerable time fixing the leak by sealant and installed metal gutter guards. He is nice and polite and always go out of the way to satisfy customers demands even though one gutter corner he said was not included last time but it would be a big mistake missing it the last time because that corner we are most concerned always leave a big water mark on the driveway after rain and we did mention to him. Anyway, he put sealant and rain gutter guard, put in considerable time and now I am happy there was no water mark on the driveway under that gutter corner. I can't recommend Omar and Heather highly enough. You never quite know what to expect when you find someone on Yelp, or if the ratings accurately reflect what you're gonna get, but there is no question that their perfect 5-star ratings across the board are well-earned. I originally booked them to come out for just a gutter cleaning on the small run of existing gutters we had. I knew getting new gutters all over was probably gonna be necessary, but I had some informal bids on it before and they were WAY out of budget. Omar, though, was so reasonably priced and honest about everything I would and would not need, that going with him for the full job -- a complete gutter system overhaul -- was an obvious choice. Not only did he do an impeccable job on the gutters themselves, but on his own, at no extra charge, he cleaned off the entire roof (not a simple job), touched up the paint on one existing downspout we elected to keep and drove out a week later to replace the elbow on another so it was a teeny bit better aimed at the patio drain. I'm so blown away by every step, from Heather working with me on the initial appointment even though I was way out of their service area, to Omar up on that 20-foot ladder, head lamp on in the dark, refusing to leave until every last detail was perfect. Omar and Heather are wonderful! This review is a bit overdue! We got gutters installed back in December before the rainy winter/spring weather came in. Heather was really easy to work with for scheduling, I had initially messaged her for an estimate and they were a bit booked out (which is totally the case for many reputable gutter companies in the Fall.) I messaged Heather again to check in and she didn't have a slot for a bit, BUT I am so thankful that I was able to slide into a cancellation spot. Heather and Omar I don't think will estimate your house unless if they've got a spot for you within a reasonable waiting time frame to get gutters on. That's really nice because you don't have to wait like 3 months for them to come back. Omar arrived for the estimate and was super professional, answered all my questions and furnished me with a paper estimate right then that day. The estimate had a drawn picture of my home, the number of feet of gutter i'd need, downspouts, colors, etc and a total. Pricing was clearly laid out in terms of how much each foot of gutter cost, how much each downspout cost. and any extras (e.g., cleaning or other modifications). Once we decided to move forward, Heather got us on the schedule and Omar came to do our gutters. I went with the seamless gutter and the non custom downspouts. Omar is extremely hardworking and a one man show! I was truly impressed by how diligently he worked and it is REALLY cool how inside the back of his work van there was machinery that could create these extremely long gutters to match the length of our house! Omar worked into the evening and darkness with his head lamp. It took Omar i think about 1.5 days of work to get the gutters and downspouts up. Omar was mindful about which way downspouts would point to get water out with the grading of the house and explained to me why and also took into account our preferences! At the end Omar even helped throw away a mattress spring that my husband and I were trying to get rid of which was totally outside of his scope, he was just being so kind (after a long days work). Thank you Omar and Heather! The gutters worked wonderfully during the big rainy season. Glad to get the water flowing away from our house. Will definitely give them a call to do gutter cleanings! Heather was very helpful with planning the day and time as well as providing the accurate date of when a new gutter can also be provided along with a breakdown of each pricing which was pretty decent. Omar came out twice. The first time he offered different designs and sizes as well took measurements for customization. Omar's work was outstanding!! I priced 4 different companies and Omar and Anaheim was actually the lowest estimate. However there was nothing cheap about the service and quality. I had my upstairs and part of the downstairs back done about 5 years ago by a different company. I called them back but their prices have doubled! Do your research and shop! I got 3 new estimates and they were all about 1k less for the exact same material! The 3 new estimates were all within $100 of eachother and I went with Omar because of the good reviews and competitive pricing. I can't recommend Omar and his wife enough. He does the installs and she handles scheduling. Truly an awesome family business! Don't hesitate to use Anaheim Rain gutters. Omar is the nicest and most professional guy you will work with. The installation was excellent and actually better than the very expensive company I used before. With that company, I remember there was a slight twist and dent in one of the sections The owner gave some excuse/ "explanation" and said that might be the best they can get it. Fortunately after a little back and forth he agreed he'd give it another try and did fix it. Omar's end work was clean and perfect but he also ran into an issue. However he made no excuses, was very apologetic, and without any hesitation, simply took the part down and redid it to perfection. Material color was another miscommunication but he was super flexible and was able to grab what we had in mind. Tip... Definitely be sure you know your color in advance. He doesn't keep everything on hand but that's not realistic at all. Installation went well, despite the extreme heat, and we are very happy with how it turned out. Anaheim Rain Gutter's reputation precedes it, and Omar delivers. We needed seamless gutters installed with custom rectangular downspouts to match the HOA's requirements, along with paint. From the very beginning, working with Heather was very pleasant as she was friendly and punctual with follow-up. Any changes or logistics were communicated very quickly and it was easy to get set up with a quote and build appt. Omar came out to the house to give the quote and was also very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about home drainage systems and was not only able to answer any questions I had, but also gave some design suggestions given the unique placement of our gutter runs. Pricing was very fair given the custom work and we decided to move forward at that point. After the HOA approved the design, Omar came back out and completed everything in a day, including painting. He kept the downspout turns tight against the home contours, giving it a cleaner look than the originals. The gutters themselves were fabricated with a very clean looking finish that he had to unfortunately paint over due to the HOA requirements. However, Omar gave great attention to detail while painting and it looked almost as nice as the original finish, and much better than our original gutter's paint job. He cleaned up everything afterwards and left no traces of debris behind. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the quality of Omar's work. His backlog can push his availability out a couple months, as it did in my case, but it was well worth the wait.
