This is the second time I've used this company, and I've been very satisfied with the service both times. I even recommended them to a friend of mine to install gutters at her house. I've had them clean and repair gutters at my house. They walked around my property and recommended adjustments to downspouts. I also need to have gutters added to my room addition which I'll do with them at a later date. I had called another gutter company and because the job was for repair and not a new gutter system, they referred me to Bresnahan. I texted the details, per their request and I also included pictures. I got a super quick response, was told someone would be out in about an hour. They kept their promise, and two men worked on my downspout which was clogged at the top, and leaking in two other places. They replaced parts of it, and reattached it in one area where it had pulled away at the roof, and I think that this will solve problems with a leak I have been having in three windows in the back lower part of my home. I had a new roof installed in 2023. The debris was from the roofing job. The cost was a little more than I had expected, but the service was fast and thorough, and it was worth it. I will know in the next big rain, and if this solves the leak issue, the job was certainly worth every penny. I will refer people to this company, and would hire them in the future if necessary. Huge thanks to the Rain Gutter Specialists for referring me to Pat and the Bresnahan crew! We had an front gutter issue that was made worse with the recent rains where water would accumulate in our second floor gutter and splash over, making a crater hole into our landscaping and no one seemed able to fix it in a way that wouldn't ruin the look of the front ("maybe install a metal shelf to catch rain water..."). Called Pat, who immediately sent out Alex and his crew early the very next morning. Alex already had the part in his truck as well as paint color that is similar to our current gutters and within an hour, everything was deftly repaired and looked great, our gutters were cleaned and we were assured everything was in good stead, no further repairs needed. Due to a recent wind storm, one of my downspouts got torn off the side of my house, so I was in search of a company to come take care of this small repair which was an obvious eyesore to my house. I first want to commend Pat on his responsiveness to the customer. In the past, when I have called plumbers, roofers, landscapers, etc. for work on my house, I inevitably end up getting a voicemail or a receptionist who promises I will get a return phone call. I spend days waiting for a return call and it feels like projects take forever to get answers. When I called Pat, he immediately answered the phone and addressed my needs. He was courteous and asked for photographs, so he could get his crew prepared quickly for my project. Pat got his crew over to my house within 48 hours to handle the issue. We arranged an appointment for 7:00 AM and to my surprise, I found the crew showed up early and prepared to start. Normally I am accustomed to most crews promising a time, yet showing up late, so this was a welcome surprise. On the day of the project, I met with Alonzo, who was friendly and easy to communicate my needs. They immediately got started and finished the project quickly. The Yelp page says that they accept credit cards, but the "About the Business" summary says they only take cash or check. This is misleading and confusing information!!! Please clarify this on your page. Could have almost been a situation where we were unable to pay through check at this time. The crew member was able to clean our gutter and take pictures of it before and after, but after coming down also noted that there were "holes" in the roof tiles? He could have snapped a few pictures up there as well instead of just dropping that on us after coming down. There's no way for us to go up there and see so now we have to hire someone else to take a look at the roof... If you're already taking pics of the gutter up there why not help us out a bit and snap some more pics. read more

I tell you this guy, Patrick is a GEM!! I came out of state for a surgical procedure and stayed at my family's place. I noticed a problem with the gutters so I checked YELP first (hey this is my 'go to when I'm new in an area') and found Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning. It was a Sunday and I didn't think they were opened, but figured I'd try the number. I forgot the time change and didn't realize it was 6AM when I called & Pat answered - very cheerful for an early morning call. I explained the problem and he said he'd be right over. He did ask if I could take a photo but I couldn't go outside, but was seeing the problem from the window where I took up temporarily until I could walk. Pat said, "Not a problem; where do you live?" I told him and he said 'he'll be right over.' Since it was a Sunday, (I guess he's off on that day - not sure) but he asked it was okay if he could come bring his dogs (corgis) because he didn't want them barking in his yard and I since I was missing my dog back home, I said no problem. Pat came over, walked to the back of the house, checked the gutter I said that needed repairs and he did then proceeded to check the entire house. He gave me a quote, and pointed out I only needed to fix the left side of the house as the rest of the gutters were in good shape. He said the person who installed it did great work - he just wasn't sure why this side was drooping, but he got right on it, and the quote was very reasonable. He set up a date to have his crew come out and do the repairs and even had them bring me lunch (he remembered I had limited mobility (so thoughtful!!). We chatted a bit before he left and he told him he owned the company - never thought the owner would come to check a job site out. I appreciated his 'hands on' approach and he told me he likes to do the site visits himself. Of course, before I gave him the okay to do the work, I wanted to see his Certificate of Insurance (didn't want anyone to fall off my roof) & I asked Pat if he had Workers Comp insurance as well - he did. I gave him the job and was happy to have met Pat. I've added annual gutter cleaning to my calendar and told Pat I'd like him to come again next year and this time do the entire house. I have a wooden back door that needs to replaced and when it rained other day in SoCal neighbor noticed a lot of gushing water coming from the rain gutter and it went over the top of the door and into the service porch.
