I was trying to give them the chance to make things right however they have been no-shows and made no effort to show me that they would come back and make it right. From day one should've known when installers showed up late and installed in the dark that we would have issues It rained the next day so the sealant never had time to dry. The guy knew that it would rain and most likely would leak he told us to call him if he did, and he would return the next day to fix it. It has been two weeks and I have got nothing but the run around and now I'm getting no response. I paid them cash unfortunately or I would be disputing my credit card transaction at this point. Very unprofessional - over 7 missed appointments to complete work that was started with no courtesy to let me know they were unable to make the appointment. I would really like to give them a five star because in a lot of ways they were great. They scheduled the work in a timely manner, they showed up when they said they would, and they left no mess. The installation looks great. However, they installed one of the downspouts in the wrong location. I meet with the salesperson (Jerry) and we went over the location on a diagram. I asked him to move the two on the front of the house to the sides. He drew arrows to the new locations. The installers put one on the side and one on the front. This was just him being sloppy with the diagram. After the installation, I called Jerry and we discussed the issue and blamed me for not walking the installers through the plan. There was no request to do so. I worked with Jerry to come up with the plan. He asked me to put everything in a text. Why make your own notes, This is simple. The downspout is in the wrong spot. He said he would take care of it the next day. I heard nothing. I called him the following day and he did not have a clue what I was talking about. He said he would look into it. I did not hear anything for days. I called and he said he would come to look at it that day. He did not. I called twice the next day and he did not come. Each time I called he kept blaming me for the problem because I did not walk the installers through the plan. That is not my job. Anyway, after several irritating calls, they finally agreed to come and fix it. Even after the call from Jerry that said, the installers would be there that afternoon to fix it, he kept harping on about one thing or another that is not my responsibility. He seems like one of those people that blame everything they did wrong on someone else. His diagram was not clear and the installers did not pick up on non-standard notation. That is not my issue. Anyways, the installers came and fixed it. It looks great. As I said, I would love to give them a 5-star review. I would give it to them even with the mistake because they did a great job fixing it. However, dealing with Jerry just coloured the entire experience. I think this is an issue with him and not the company. My suggestion is that if they send Jerry out to give you an estimate, ask them to send someone else. read more

4.5 Stars We had a small job, a new gutter for the front of the house (40') and a single downspout. They were really responsive and got the the job done in just a couple hours and left the area clean and tidy! The only issue was they switched up the jobs they were doing (I was supposed to be at 9am) and nobody let me know, I called and they let me know it would be around noon - someone would call 30 minutes before. I had to call for a second time, around 2pm, and the crew arrived 3:15pm, so a bit of a wasted day for me. No issues when speaking with them, would have been better experience if I received a call saying there were delays. ( - 1/2 ) Pricing was reasonable (comparable to other quotes). I just had my rain gutters installed by Pacific Coast, and I am thrilled with the result. This company is professional from start to finish. I interviewed several companies, and all were fine, but Pacific Coast stood out from the start. My estimator, Jerry came up with some solutions for my gutter install that addressed several of my aesthetic issues. I liked his professionalism and his suggestions. The other companies both suggested a different color for my gutters, but Jerry talked me into using the light bronze. It was the right choice.
