Garett gave us a competitive quote to add a gutter to the back of the home and repair 2 others. The quote was comparable to other bids, and we went with them as they would also do some stucco work under the eaves. They arrived on time, worked quickly and did an excellent job on the gutters. read more

I was trying to give them the chance to make things right however they have been no-shows and made no effort to show me that they would come back and make it right. From day one should've known when installers showed up late and installed in the dark that we would have issues It rained the next day so the sealant never had time to dry. The guy knew that it would rain and most likely would leak he told us to call him if he did, and he would return the next day to fix it. It has been two weeks and I have got nothing but the run around and now I'm getting no response. I paid them cash unfortunately or I would be disputing my credit card transaction at this point. Very disappointed as I thought they had good reviews in the community I would not recommend read more

I would really like to give them a five star because in a lot of ways they were great. They scheduled the work in a timely manner, they showed up when they said they would, and they left no mess. The installation looks great. However, they installed one of the downspouts in the wrong location. I meet with the salesperson (Jerry) and we went over the location on a diagram. I asked him to move the two on the front of the house to the sides. He drew arrows to the new locations. The installers put one on the side and one on the front. This was just him being sloppy with the diagram. After the installation, I called Jerry and we discussed the issue and blamed me for not walking the installers through the plan. There was no request to do so. I worked with Jerry to come up with the plan. He asked me to put everything in a text. Why make your own notes, This is simple. The downspout is in the wrong spot. He said he would take care of it the next day. I heard nothing. I called him the following day and he did not have a clue what I was talking about. He said he would look into it. I did not hear anything for days. I called and he said he would come to look at it that day. He did not. I called twice the next day and he did not come. Each time I called he kept blaming me for the problem because I did not walk the installers through the plan. That is not my job. Anyway, after several irritating calls, they finally agreed to come and fix it. Even after the call from Jerry that said, the installers would be there that afternoon to fix it, he kept harping on about one thing or another that is not my responsibility. He seems like one of those people that blame everything they did wrong on someone else. His diagram was not clear and the installers did not pick up on non-standard notation. That is not my issue. Anyways, the installers came and fixed it. It looks great. As I said, I would love to give them a 5-star review. I would give it to them even with the mistake because they did a great job fixing it. However, dealing with Jerry just coloured the entire experience. I think this is an issue with him and not the company. My suggestion is that if they send Jerry out to give you an estimate, ask them to send someone else. read more

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional - over 7 missed appointments to complete work that was started with no courtesy to let me know they were unable to make the appointment. After a month of chasing Garrett to complete work that he was already paid to do I ended up having to pay addtional money to hire another company to fix and complete the job. Spare yourself the headache and go with another company that has integrity and knows how how to properly install gutters. read more

PCRG did an Amazing job! Jerry, sales guy, was kind, honest and so helpful with deciding what we needed and explaining all our options. He got the estimate to us right away. Jeff and his crew showed up on time (a little early actually), they were above and beyond professional, kind, helpful, PATIENT and did an OUTSTANDING job! its really stressful choosing the RIGHT contractor, but these guys were spot on and made my decisions easy! They were in/out within a few hrs of the install. ...and I LOVE MY Copper Gutters! If you are reading reviews to help make a decision on who to hire, these guys are Great! The customer service and construction was 100! read more

4.5 Stars We had a small job, a new gutter for the front of the house (40') and a single downspout. They were really responsive and got the the job done in just a couple hours and left the area clean and tidy! The only issue was they switched up the jobs they were doing (I was supposed to be at 9am) and nobody let me know, I called and they let me know it would be around noon - someone would call 30 minutes before. I had to call for a second time, around 2pm, and the crew arrived 3:15pm, so a bit of a wasted day for me. No issues when speaking with them, would have been better experience if I received a call saying there were delays. ( - 1/2 ) Pricing was reasonable (comparable to other quotes). We're very happy with the work, would definitely recommend. read more

I had scheduled appointment for rep to come to give me free estimate to repair and clean my gutters. No one showed up waited for over 2 hours ( window time) never received any response to my call or text. This company doesn't give a value for customer time, they scheduled the appointment honor it and if you can't at least have a courtesy to call back. read more

Got nothing but the best to say for Pacific Coast Rain Gutters and the owner Garett and his crew. I had a relatively small job for them but half way through they realized there was a problem which required out of the box thinking and extra effort. Rather than say sorry we can't do that they stuck to their commitment, figured out a way even though they had to spend considerable extra time and effort. Thank you. read more

I just had my rain gutters installed by Pacific Coast, and I am thrilled with the result. This company is professional from start to finish. I interviewed several companies, and all were fine, but Pacific Coast stood out from the start. My estimator, Jerry came up with some solutions for my gutter install that addressed several of my aesthetic issues. I liked his professionalism and his suggestions. The other companies both suggested a different color for my gutters, but Jerry talked me into using the light bronze. It was the right choice. The installers showed up this morning and went over the specs with me. Austin and Brandon were also very professional. There are always small details to work out, but Austin resolved all the issues, including suggesting an alteration to my rain chain configuration that worked out better than the original idea. They cleaned up everything, and my house looks great! Thanks for a job well done! read more

out of business i assume thanks for nothing. very poor service and workmanship. now i need to find another company to fix their mess

From estimate to completion, my experience with Pacific Coast Rain Gutters exceeded my expectations. The estimate was reasonable; the work was top notch.
