If you are looking for an honest contractor offering a fair price, look no more! It's unusual to find an owner of a small company that still gets out and loves what he does. Ron was there from the first phone call for an estimate, to an in-person estimate, and then his personal hands-on installation work. Ron is a consummate skilled craftsman at his trade who was coaching a new assistant during our installation. He is a patient professional who visited our home several times to answer questions and refine the estimate as our thinking changed. When Ron comes and provides with you a quote the first thing you'll notice is his expertise, professionalism, and friendly manner. He will walk with you and ask your needs and wants. He'll give you his professional opinion and let you decide what works best for you. His pricing was reasonable and fair. Although Ron did not push it, I added the stainless screens on top of most gutter runs because we have lots of leaves from a Long Beach City tree and needles from our row of tall junipers. Ron is typically booked out a couple months but worth the wait. As others have said, he is busy for a reason--his service is a great value for you and your house. I strongly recommend him. Not only were they quick to reply, but their pricing was also among the best I found--and the quality of their work matched that same high standard. Jesse arrived right on time and was super friendly and clear about what he needed. EC service came out to clean our house windows but the service was not what I expected. Some of the higher windows they left them with hard water stains. Other windows at night you could see they didn't clean them properly because it looks smeared. Will not be using their services again. read more

On top of that, one of our fast fur babies got to a couple of screens while the windows were open, and put her nails right through them. The other 24+ year-old screens were worn with age. We asked Justin to replace all of them, 5 with pet screens and the others with regular screens. He communicated quickly through Yelp messaging. We had a few questions; Justin patiently and thoroughly answered each one. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Justin showed up on time. He explained what he was going to do beforehand. Even though some of our windows are bigger and he needed more material, he did not charge extra. Our windows are so clean that it looks like there isn't even glass on them! The screens look great too. After he left, we did notice that one of the pet screens was bowed a little, causing a gap between the screen and window frame. We text Justin and he came back the next day to fix it. We offered to pay him for the return trip, but he said it was his oversight and would not take any extra payment. The cost of the work is more than fair, his pricing is lower than some of the other companies we contacted. We will definitely have Justin come back regularly for window cleaning - not waiting years to do it again.

For whatever reason, the worker left the job before completing significant parts of the job (I imagine because he realized his error and wanted to escape). The owner slowly and begrudgingly took responsibility for the water damage and feigned ignorance about his worker not completing the job. In the end, the water damage in the pantry was minimal. There was some paint damage and separation of the marble from woodwork. But we paid for the complete job, which was never completed. The owner repeatedly demanded payment while we were dealing with assessing the damage caused by his worker and the running faucet. In the end, we paid full price and half of our upstairs windows never received cleaning and were left getting maintenance for the damage to the pantry dishwasher that was flooded by their worker. Look elsewhere.
