I needed my 2nd-story gutters cleaned. I've let it go so long that I've been getting leaks in several places on the ceiling. I'm a complete chicken when it comes to climbing a ladder that high. I usually start shaking about 1/2 way up, and by the time I'm at the top, I've already wet myself. I texted with David to arrange the appointment (very convenient). He came early, and had the job completed by the time the appt. was actually going to start. The price was very reasonable, and he even cleaned another gutter on the 1st floor because he saw it was clogged, and didn't even charge extra. Not once did he wet himself, but I'll tell ya - watching him up on the 2nd story roof sure made my sphincter pucker! (TMI)

These guys are terrific! Scheduling over text was super easy. David was able to look at my property with Google earth and gave me a very good estimate to clean 30 solar panels and 30 window on my home. A team of two showed up right on time. Both were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned all the panels, windows, and screens within 2.5 hours, and left everything spotless. No drama, just awesome service. My solar panels were particularly dirty. I noticed a 25% bump in solar production after they were cleaned. Another thing- these guys never asked me for a review, which is to say all these reviews seem to be very genuine, and organic, a testament to how good these guys are.

This is an update to my original review. We've had 2 window cleanings now with EC Services (totally professional, on-time & drama-free every time & beautiful windows!!!) & even a gutter cleaning - David is super professional, courteous & does an amazing job. Needed to get my solar panels cleaned, as I am getting a little creaky about getting on the roof and using my DIY tools for things like this. They were recommended to me by a friend who had used them to clean the solar panels and gutters on their house. Requested a quote, as promised got back to me very fast and we worked to set up an appointment. Service was just as promised - quick, at the quoted price, very fast and friendly, and on time. I called to get the gutters cleaned. Their quote was straight forward after asking a few questions about our house. And was on the lower end of the estimates. No upselling was done. It was scheduled on a day that was supposed to rain. David from EC Services called to reschedule so the business was extremely good at communicating. When our service person Paulino came he was amazingly prompt and courteous. The service was done quickly and thoroughly with pictures being sent if requested. We purchased a home and needed some assistance with getting the windows cleaned as they were full of dust/scum. From the beginning there was excellent and very responsive communication! Set up an appointment for 12 windows & 2 doors with Efrain. 2 crew team showed up, got right to work, wore masks, were very polite, and did an exceptional job! They quoted me $350 to clean my windows (after asking for my address which I provided). It seemed very high so I asked how long it would take and how many people would be working. That was it, I never heard from them again. I live in Huntington Harbour and this is what those of us that live here call "Special Huntington Harbour pricing" AKA expensive neighborhood bump up the pricing. I'm getting them done by another company with many great reviews for $195.00. read more

I also appreciate that Jonathan remembers important specific details that I only had to tell him the very first time I scheduled with him. He knows that my tenant lives in the back, so he'll start early but only on the front if the house. He always makes sure my tenant can have his normal, quiet morning. Jonathan is so reliable that I have been a loyal client - but have never even met him in person. I've used Tom's services from Majic Wand twice now. The first time was to do some power washing…read morefor my back yard patio and the second time I had them clean all my windows. For the power washing, Tom showed up with his son and they power washed the tile in my back yard. It was a fairly small area so he only charged me the minimum and even offered to do my driveway too at no additional charge. Later I had Tom come out and he cleaned about 20 windows on my two story home. He has a pole tool that reaches up high so there was no ladders, or no one climbing out on the roof to wash the windows. After the exterior of the windows were done he was able to come inside and clean the interiors, including the kitchen window which is really a tight fit with the shutters and the faucet. He basically wouldn't let anything stand in his way of getting the job done and it was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Majic Wand for either pressure washing or window cleaning.

Joe texted me this morning to ask if I needed my gutters cleaned prior to the impending rain storm forecast to occur in a few days. My need to clean my gutters had totally slipped my mind, so based on his inquiry I checked the gutters from street level and immediately noticed that they needed to be cleaned promptly. Joe had advised me in his text that the workers would be in my area the next day so I texted him back in the afternoon to schedule an appointment. He called me back promptly and stated the his guys were working in my area today as well and could respond within 20 minutes if that was convenient for me. I responded in the affirmative. Alex and Hector arrived within the allotted time firm. They met me at the front door of my residence at which time Alex introduced himself and Hector and advised me that they would go onto the roof and inspect the gutters. He also advised that he would take before and after pictures and show me the results upon completion. They went right to work and not only cleaned the gutters but also removed all of the residual residue which had accumulated on the roof adjacent to the gutters, so that the debris would not roll into the gutters when the rain comes. And, as promised, he did show me the before pictures (gutters filled with leaves and associated debris) and the after pictures showing them completely cleaned. They also flushed the gutters and drains to ensure there was complete water flow to the bottom toward the street. He also advised that he would have all the pictures downloaded in the office and send to me afterward. And if that was already enough he explained to me that one portion of the gutter on the south side had an indentation which might affect the water flow and suggested that I may want to have that repaired or replaced. Thank goodness Joe text to remind me of the impending rain which jogged my memory to check. And for his prompt return to set up an appointment as soon as possible. And of course thanks to Alex and Hector for arriving promptly, expertly explaining their plan and executing it to a tee. They were both very professional, accommodating and diligent in their work. And completed the work in a timely no nonsense fashion. I have used them before and obviously will use them again. So if you need gutters and/or windows cleaned don't hesitate to support and throw your business their way. You won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience with EC Services for my solar panel cleaning! They were the first company to respond to my Yelp message, and that responsiveness really stood out. Not only were they quick to reply, but their pricing was also among the best I found--and the quality of their work matched that same high standard. Jesse arrived right on time and was super friendly and clear about what he needed. He even texted over before and after photos so I could see the difference myself, and offered helpful tips on how often to clean the panels to keep them running efficiently. EC service came out to clean our house windows but the service was not what I expected. Some of the higher windows they left them with hard water stains. Other windows at night you could see they didn't clean them properly because it looks smeared. Will not be using their services again. read more
