I won't drop names, but a popular five-star competitor quoted me almost double. I live in San Diego, and Angel took the time to explain everything to me over FaceTime and even checked on an issue with water collecting inside the garage (which is why I needed gutters in the first place). I'll admit I wasn't the easiest customer to work with, and Angel and his team were patient, reasonable, and incredibly helpful throughout. He also worked around my schedule over the holidays and worked hard to install everything before a tenant moved into my house. Couldn't recommend them more. Ten stars - this family-owned local business are a great team - dad and two sons. Gutters were one of the last items we did for our massive two year project and one of the easiest - from the initial quote (super organized) to the actual work and making sure I was happy, they were on it. We had a little hiccup with my front gutter - I didn't realize the holes from our balcony drains would be visible and had some discussion about this on the day of the install. After install I was bummed at the holes making our project look unfinished but Angel offered a solution and sent some guys out to install a shield to block them from view. I had questions/concerns on the shield seams (I am a VERY picky client and this is the front of our house). After a few texts back and forth, Angel called to explain the machine limitations and how this particular product is made which I appreciated. The work itself is quality - it's really nice when you can tell professionals enjoy their job and take pride in it. I cold called these guys after seeing on the map app that they were near to where I lived. In retrospect I can't even believe I considered getting up on the roof and installing box store gutters piece by piece. They did a BEAUTIFUL job. I have a long, skinny house and you can tell when you look down the line that the gutter is perfectly straight (even if the wobbly fascia behind it is not! :). The attachment detail to the house is so clean you can barely see it. The color matches my stucco perfectly. Angel and Angel Jr and the whole crew are so nice, and so professional. We had several estimates for gutters for our Burbank home, but the Gutter Guys seemed to be the most professional: Dad and two sons working together. We scheduled with them, and they came out promptly, introduced us to their installers, and one of the sons remained with the crew in order to see the job through. We had protective screens on our new gutters, and they were very careful to channel the tubing so that water flow would be most advantageous. They also allowed for a water barrel, as we had requested, at one of the downspouts. They finished in about two hours, cleaned up thoroughly. Definitely five stars.
