Tom does business in a great, old-school fashion where he takes time to explain what is needed, takes pride in his work and goes above-and-beyond what the job requires. After a few days of heavy rain and wind, I had a couple of gutters which needed repair. Once the rain/wind subsided, Tom promptly came out on a Saturday to repair the gutters and, while checking the stability of the other gutters, found/repaired another gutter. Afterwards, he proceeded to clean the gutters. This type of pride and customer service is extremely hard to find nowadays as most service or repairmen want to make a quick, big buck and move on to their next job without putting in any extra effort and with as little communication as possible, whether the customer is satisfied with the job or not. We had a little hiccup with my front gutter - I didn't realize the holes from our balcony drains would be visible and had some discussion about this on the day of the install. After install I was bummed at the holes making our project look unfinished but Angel offered a solution and sent some guys out to install a shield to block them from view. I had questions/concerns on the shield seams (I am a VERY picky client and this is the front of our house). After a few texts back and forth, Angel called to explain the machine limitations and how this particular product is made which I appreciated. The work itself is quality - it's really nice when you can tell professionals enjoy their job and take pride in it. They also recommended some rain chains for our project which ended up being a standout decorative feature of our backyard.
