We were referred to Gutter Depot from a realtor friend who used them. We had an expensive and elaborate gutter system from the previous owner 25 years ago but parts were leaking and rusted and no matter how much patching could not be repaired but other parts were fine and just needed sanding. Another company just wanted to replace the entire system with all new cheap kind adding downspouts in areas that were not appropriate that would cause flooding. Gutter Depot came and looked at it and told us they could replace just sections move an existing downspout around out of site and correct another rather than replacing the entire system at a fraction of the cost keeping the nicer existing gutter material. My husband is a contractor and seeing the soldering work and craftsmanship was extremely impressed. They started right away, took about a day and a half in total which is about what he estimated and was very professional and upfront. He went over everything to ensure things were clear and was knowledgeable about slope , positioning etc. He was honest and didn't try to over sell us even telling us we didn't need certain items we asked about and explained why but said he would do them if we wanted. These types of companies just aren't around much anymore so when you find one you have to share the amazing news. No big box stores problems, long wait times or arguing. After our landscaper suggested that we install gutters on the back of our house to protect some of the plants, I contacted Gutter Depot via their website to inquire about getting a quote. I heard back from Nir within 15 mins of emailing (um, wow!) and we were able to schedule an appointment for him to come out same day (double wow!) to look at the house. Nir arrived on time, wore his face mask, and was very friendly. He offered a few different options, drew up a design, and provided a fair quote.
