Israel provided great timely service. His crew did a fabulous job with the gutter installation and were very knowledgeable.

I have left several messages for the company and they do not return calls. Perhaps they should invest money in better customer service.

Had new soffits, fire protection vents (Brandguard), and rain gutters installed. The process was easy. This company listens and aims to please. A Plus Gutter manufactures their product, it is superior. Forget Leaf Filter, Israel's protected gutter covers are heavy duty and stronger. They delivered a quality product that works perfect. Fire hardening is a small investment to protect property. Israel, Nancy and the installation team were great. read more

I called A plus Gutter a couple of competitors for quote. I have a small project; I only need to replace a gutter and the downspout as they are damaged from last year's hailstorm in So. California. Israel came to access the project. He quickly gave me a quote. He honestly told me how it could be cheaper to fix the problem if I work with a handyman. Granted that his company specializes in the gutter work, I'd rather pay up a little to get the problem fixed properly. Since I have a sail shade next to the gutter, the hardware creates some friction to the old gutter. Israel nicely put in a metal patch, protecting the new gutter. After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect. I can tell even my project is considered a small project to them, they took their time and installed the gutter professionally and paid attention to small details. I admire that type of professionalism. If I have other gutters that need to be replaced in the future, I will sure reach out to A Plus Gutter Systems. read more

We had a great experience with A Plus Gutter Systems from start to finish. They came out right away to give us a quote and were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. The team was responsive, friendly, efficient, and professional--and they left everything very clean when the job was done. We love the profile of the gutters, and the color matches our trim and house perfectly. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for new gutters. read more

Worked with A Plus Gutters Systems to replace our old and failing gutter system around our entire house. As part of a backyard remodel we figured now would be a perfect time to get this work done. Nancy was great wit scheduling around the other work we had going on, Israel provided a fair price quote (we got about 5 bids on this project and A Plus was right inline with what we expected) but I felt like Israel does this work every day and when compared to the other more salesman like people that came to bid, I felt like Israel just knew what he was doing through experience. The work was completed on the scheduled days and honestly it looks even better than i had thought. I can't recommend A Plus enough for your gutter needs. read more

Amazing gutter company. They are super professional and know what they are doing. We had one day left of a huge lift machine rental and they came through on a rainy day. They did a pristine job!! read more

"There are so many things here that are incorrect I'm not sure I can address everything". My feelings exactly. Your voicemail said it all. Owner only responded after getting Yelp notification that a negative review was posted two and a half weeks earlier. In spite of multiple promises of a call back the excuse was"I was too busy". The type of coating is secondary. The issue is that when it is bent the coating cracks allowing moisture in causing the bare metal to be exposed to moisture causing corrosion and bubbling. Your denial of my sending photos is completely false. I sent them to Nancy immediately at her request. Probably sitting with my unanswered messages. Tooling is what is used to bend. Nice bends but this material and coating is not suited for it without failure. You are wrong in stating that aluminum does not corrode. It does and corrodes at different rates when exposed to air, water, and especially wet salt air. The house sits facing the ocean. Your reference to a material warranty is 1,000 to 2,000 feet from ocean. 2,000 feet is almost 1/2 mile. The property is 1 1/2 miles from the ocean. Metal supplier's warranty is for unbent sheet. This was then bent and coating cracked. Why not disclose these issues when estimate was written? You saw where the location was. There are actually two downspouts. One in front, one in the rear and there is not a rain chain. Your technician returned twice to adjust gutters to flow. After the install I offered him a hose to check. He declined saying "Not necessary, I'm an Expert". When he returned for same reason he took me up on the offer, filled with water, and readjusted. Then they drained correctly. There seems to be a real memory problem. You were giving an estimate when the old roof STILL existed. I got your estimate and THEN the entire roof was replaced. New roof, edge flashing, new wood fascias all around, and reinforced rafter overhangs. THEN the last part is the fascia cover and gutters. There is a set sequence of work done in the trades. This is the reason it's a good idea to visit the job site more the one time estimate visit. Using 1/3 of your reply to an unsatisfied ACTUAL customer to promote and drum up more business says it all. Intentionally not responding after multiple received messages from a customer who paid your price resulted in the 1 Star rating read more

Beautiful job. What a craftsman! I'm very impressed with all the cuts and turns they did to fit along side the wall and existing pipes in the area. I'll post a picture as soon as I am there this week. read more

Hired them to put gutters around ny garage and they were nice, quote seemed a bit high but not by much so i went with them and the install guys were great and solved a couple of unexpected problems on the spot on the day of install. Israel, Nancy, and Jose provided excellent, professional, responsive, high quality service for my home gutter needs. We had very old gutters and needed them completely replace, as well as adding some new ones. Israel came out and gave me great advice and was very flexible to any and all requests and questions. Jose provided expert install services, even staying late to finish everything up as rain was coming the following day. He even came back to fine tune things and add screens where leaves were getting stuck. The gutters look great, and work great, and were a fair price and a great value add to our home. Highly recommend. read more

We had our entire gutter system replaced by A Plus Gutter couple years back on a 1800 sqft one floor SFR. They were one of the best contractor we've used and we were completely satisfied with their professionalism and works. They priced fairly, gutter material they provide were top notch, removal, installation were clean and done within a day. Thank you guys! read more

A+++ work! Israel and his team were amazing. He came for an estimate and gave us a great, competitive price. I brought A-Plus Gutters on to help me redo the gutters on my home - admittedly a very complicated job due to my roof's odd line and slopes. Nancy from the office was extremely kind and helpful, their on site workers were fast and friendly, and Israel was great with tackling a few of the job's more complex problems. I'd absolutely recommend working with them on even the most challenging job - they are committed to their customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure the final product is one to stand the test of decades. Absolutely have them quote whatever job you're thinking about doing - they're very price competitive and stand by the product with service to match. read more

My house needed a brand new and complete gutter system. I found three gutter companies on Yelp that had good reviews and met with all three of them. I chose A Plus Gutter Systems and I'm soooo happy that I did. Nancy, who manages the front office is very nice and was very flexible with my schedule. Israel, the owner, came to my house and looked at my situation. He drew up and great new gutter plan including adding a new downspout in a new location. He gave me a very fair estimate given the scope of the job. The actual crew that did the work is headed by Mike. If you can get Mike as your job leader, GET HIM! Mike is great! Very caring, very knowledgable and really treated my house like it was his. He didn't want to do the job fast, he wants to do the job right. I really appreciated this! They ended up doing the whole job in one day. It looks great and now I have much better water flow to handle the upcoming rains. I highly recommend A Plus Gutter Systems for your next gutter job. read more

Isreal came out soon after my call to inquire about custom copper gutters and downspouts for our home. Isreal was easy to work with and understood our concerns and needs. The workers were very experienced and professional. Everything went the way we hoped and we are totally happy with A Plus Gutter Systems! read more

TLDR i don't recommend A-Plus, theyre about twice as expensive as the competition, plus petty, unreasonable and not willing to negotiate with potential customers. I wanted to hire A-Plus to clean my gutters and extend some downspouts. After a visit, the estimate ended up being $495 to fix the downspouts plus $475 to clean the gutters. They also added that should one drain be clogged, an additional $150 would be added to the price to use the power snake. I was going to take them up on this, willing to pay $970 to clean gutters and fix the downspouts, but asked if they could waive the $150 fee for the power snake should it be needed. My experience fixing up my new house is that most companies in this type of work are willing to work with you on the price if you show yourself to be a committed customer. I didnt think it was a lot to ask to waive $150 considering i was paying full price on the other $970. When they were not willing to budge i found another company Bresnahan Gutters who did the downspout extension and gutter cleaning for $475 total, so less than half price for great work, took them about an hour to do it after they gave me the estimate. I highly recommend them over A-Plus. However, that drain did need to a power snake to be cleaned, which they do not have. So when i went back to A-Plus to hire them for the power snake, they increased its price to $400 from $150, in what felt like a vindictive move for finding another company to do the same work for half the price. They said i should find a plumber to do the power snake work, which i will now do. Additionally, i found the office lady who coordinated all of this correspondence to be not friendly and unpleasant to deal with. read more

From the estimate to the field install, working with Isreal,Nancy, Chris and Jose was painless. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed through Nancy in the office. We appreciated the field guys communicating options for the down spout supports. The guys took extra precautions to not trample our yard area which was just recently completed. They picked up all the scraps and swept up. I would highly recommend utilizing them for any of the services they provide. (eg; facia wrapping, gutters, etc.) read more

We had A-Plus Gutters install gutters 6 years ago. All good, no issues. A few months ago we re-roofed. The roofers were terrific, and left the gutters in place. But after a rain, I saw there was a long piece up on the second floor that was sagging in the middle. After sending in a couple pictures to Nancy (who is awesome), they sent an installer out to re-attach the piece. At no charge! These guys really stand behind their work, even when someone else causes the problem. Highly recommended. read more

A little more expensive than some others but they are very responsive and did a great job. I noticed an issue with one downspout during a hard rain and they sent someone out the next week to address it. I'm very happy with my new gutters and look forward to the next downpour. read more

Talk about a great customer service! A plus did a fantastic job installing gutters back in March/April. Recently I had a drain pipe installed onto one of downspout they installed and had contacted them again to see if I can order the same color extension( it was royal brown, big box stores only have white) Nancy graciously followed upon it quickly and and now I have matching color extension. I was willing to pay for it but she declined to bill me. True five stars customer service, I can't wait to have them come back to install my detached garage gutter, I recommend A plus for stellar installation/customer service, thank you!! read more

The craftsmanship of their 6" angle faced gutters is very good. Hard to find other companies that can produce this style.  On the longer roof spans there is some warping of edges, but overall the angle face gutter looks sharp. However, I would caution against upgrading to the premium micro mesh leaf guards. We have a rain barrel system that we installed with the intention of keeping sealed from leaves.  If leaves get in the barrels they clog the drain valves, and in heavy rains the leaves make it difficult to extract water to prevent overflowing barrels. Unfortunately for us, the micro mesh leaf guards were not installed correctly and, before we realized the gaps, lots of leaves and debris had already infiltrated into the gutter system.  So after the first big rain storm 2-3 months later, our barrels filled and then clogged with leaves. It's impossible to remove the leaves from barrels without disassebling and vacuuming with long extension. Needless to say it was disappointing as the micro mesh leaf guards cost almost as much as the gutters.  After A-Plus corrected the installation and closed all of the gaps they do seem to work effectively. read more

They did great work at a reasonable price. Nancy and Israel are great as was the installation team. Very professional and courteous.

My new gutters look fantastic -- why did I wait so long?! Well, two reasons. First, I had no idea that I could replace the fancy (but rusted beyond repair) custom box gutters on my house with seamless gutters that look almost identical. Second, every other gutter company I've dealt with in 15 years of LA home ownership has been a nightmare. A-Plus Gutter Systems, by contrast, was terrific. Everyone was thorough, friendly, and efficient. read more

Israel came out to my house to give me an estimate for replacement gutters for my three bedroom house. This was back in September, maybe early October. They were scheduled pretty deep due to the El Nino fear but he was able to make some time to come by. I didn't end up using A-Plus for my gutters. I was redoing my roof and my roofer was able to tack it on to the job for about half the price that Israel quoted me. It was too cheap to pass up. I do still think that the quality of the gutters from A-Plus would have been higher (Israel showed me samples when he was at my house and I saw the difference in thickness). And sometimes I regret that I didn't just spend the extra money, even though my gutters are just fine. Anyway, A-Plus is a great little company and I appreciate the estimate. read more

This is my second time using A plus. I was very happy with their installation two years ago, so this time when I need help with my new house, I called them again. After a big rain over the weekend I found a big leak in gutter. I emailed A plus gutter for help, they replied my email right away and told me not to worry they will sent someone first thing in Monday morning. Owners Nancy and Israel were in contact with me via email the entire process. They gave me their recommendation after they evaluated gutter's condition in term of what to replace and what to keep. Their price was very reasonable and service was superb. I was checking the workers' work closely. They paid attention to small detail and cleaned up very well after job was done. read more

I was in the market to putting up new gutters on my house and was referred to A Plus Gutters. I gave them a call and was able to schedule an immediate / FREE consultation. Some one came out, measured everything out, provided me gutter samples, photos, color options, etc. After shopping around, their price / service seemed to come out on top. I was able to schedule the installation easily around my schedule. They came out on time, explained what they were doing, and went to work. Very happy with the end results. I have never had a better experience dealing with anyone regarding home upgrades and repairs. Israel was at my home the next day, quote that night and gutters installed a few days later. Finally! A company whose name actually matches the quality of workmanship and customer service that you end up receiving. From beginning to end A Plus Gutter Systems handled everything with professionalism, immense expertise, and a great deal of speed. From Israel to Nancy to their wonderful installer Jose--everyone was a complete joy to work with. Even after the initial install, when we expressed to them that we wanted the downspout to be re-routed, they ended up returning on a Saturday to ensure that our project was completed exactly to our liking! Usually, most companies are MIA post-completion/payment, but not A Plus! They also have the best products out there--it's hard to find seamless, high quality, super hip box-gutters that are pre-painted, but these guys have them! Will recommend them to anyone looking for new gutters. read more

I'm very happy with their service and product overall. We got the gutter installed earlier this yr. It's sad that it has not rained a lot, only a couple of times to notice that it works as expected. So far I have not had a chance to test the gutter after a downpour. But I think it will work well. The overall process was smooth. Quote was better than one another I had. Installation was timely and done right. The color blended beautifully with the exterior. Overall, I am pretty satisfied. I only hope, this will last a long long time. read more

Israel came out to do an estimate for me. Extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. On top of all, he was very patient in addressing my countless questions with transparency. Price is very fair! I'm a new homeowner and I appreciate him taking his time explaining every little detail and match the color of the home. Thank you, Sir! Nancy from the office then scheduled a time. Very nice and patient person as well amid receiving my endless emails to make the schedule work. My schedule is tight and I preferred to be home when the work is performed in case I had more questions especially being a homeowner for less than 2 months. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. Thank you very much. I know you have so many calls to take. Clarence and Chris came today along with his dog Tony. They were very professional. Both of them Addressed all my concerns and showed me the color of the gutter as well as going over how they sloped the gutter slightly to ensure water does not accumulate with a smooth flow to the down spout. Very personable people and trust worthy. Best thing is, after the work, they cleaned up and took away the old gutter. I have had people done some work on my home for other things. I sometimes have to clean up garbage afterwards. Clarence and Chris really took their time and they were very careful with my wife's flowers and plants. The attention to detail of these two gents were amazing. You can feel it when people are annoyed when you ask questions. Not them! I also have to do the rain gutter for the back of my home. I am looking to use this company when I'm ready. Thank you Clarence and Chris! I strongly recommend this company to anyone especially new homeowners. Often times, new homeowners need help and it is important to get it right the first time. I have not been solicited to do this review. Simply feel for the workmanship, courtesy and professionalism, they need to be known. Will be updating this review as time goes on. read more
