Do not like to write a bad review so I will say..Great people but unresponsive. I need of a few adjustments of gutters after installation. These guys are great family owned company. Came out couple of times to give us a quote and when we were ready to move forward they were able to make it that same week and get it all done in a day. We went with the black box style gutters and box style downspouts. Which give the house a more modern look. We wanted our downspout's to be in certain areas because of our rain barrels but we had a couple of issues with the slope of certain parts of our roof but they were able to figure it out for us and still have the gutters slope and work with what we wanted. We had to relocate a few of our cameras because the way the downspouts are in the way but that's no big deal but they were able to make it work without having to relocate most of them which is great. Overall value is good to compared to the competitors Al's one of the few that has a 5 year warranty on their labor. Material has lifetime through manufacture. read more

I do not like to write negative reviews and really like writing positive ones. But this company does not deserve that. While positive, friendly, helpful when writing the estimate for our job, their after service response is non existent. Justin does not return or respond to texts, emails or phone calls. We paid an additional large sum of money to get Justin and Tony back out to correct part of the installation. There was still a problem, and as of this writing we have not gotten any return responses. Be careful who you hire. We did get several other bids, and while Justin's was not the least expensive, it was not the most. It is true you get what you pay for. read more

Can not be trusted as they are impossible to get a hold of at times. It creates significant planning headache. I Spoke with Justin and agreed on a price over text message and a date over a call for a gutter installation. This is for an installation about 3 weeks out from the date of agreement. I called and texted to confirm the date multiple times when the time got closer and was ghosted. I struggled between finding another installer to get it done before a big rain or just wait for them to show up on the agreed upon date. I didn't want to commit to another provider as I thought we had an agreement and wanted to support the small family business. They were, of course, no show on the date without explanation and we missed getting gutter installed before the big rain. I should've looked for someone else and I'm full of regret for not doing so. My best guess was our job was too small (around $1000) and they had other big job lined up due to the a very wet Jan/Feb in California this year. Look. I totally get it if there are more money elsewhere and ours became less of a priority but some basic business courtesy to return my call/text would've been the professional thing to do. I could've made other plans to address waterproofing issues I have. If you have smaller jobs. I think it's very risky to contact these guys. overall good company, they were always on time, easy communication, very good price too. Installation of aluminum gutter was very solid, it was sloped correctly; they cleaned up the area and i found no trash left. Although i wish there was more of a follow up. There are a few joints that weren't completely sealed (not obvious until it starts raining), and one area where the gutter was not completely attached to sidings, which results in water dripping from behind the gutter. They didn't respond to my text, which is alright, i got up there and fixed those with some sealant. All in all, they are definitely much better than the average contractors.
