Never got around to posting this review, but I can't recommend Redwood enough. Ty came out quickly, assessed the job, and simply charged me for his time since it wasn't complicated. Other gutter companies tried to overcomplicate the issue and quoted me nearly 10x what it should have cost. Ty was straightforward, honest, and got the job done quickly. Would absolutely work with Redwood again. read more

Ty promised and delivered a quality product. Communication was excellent and professional. Our home is on the older side, which Ty approached with clear consideration and care. Highly recommend. read more

The guys at Redwood Gutter are very honest and no nonsense professionals. They will not bull$**t you and try to upsell you on things you don't need. Out of the 4 companies I had come by to give a quote , they were the only ones who didn't try to pander to me and then turn around with an outrageous cost. The quote was broken down clearly and very fair. The work was done to my expectations with occasional check-ins. Any delays or issues I needed to be aware of were conveyed without any surprise charges. Don't waste your time with fancy gutter companies with ridiculous advertising bs. Redwood Gutters are legit. read more

Where can I start? We recently moved to the Pasadena Altadena area and as realtors were always curious about new local vendors. I came across redwood gutter services here on yelp and could not have been any happier. We needed some repair work and changing out a portion of our old gutter system that was broken after the Eaton storm and fires. They did an amazing job and took great pride in the amount of detail effort And quality of work that they gave. I've contacted two other companies before them. Both companies said that entire long stretches of gutters needed to be replaced. The quotes were significantly higher, but at least being handy myself. I knew the bare minimum and knew this was not correct. They came in assess the situation didn't try to tell me exactly where things were Broken incorrect and needed improvement and what was the limit of what they could repair or what needed to be replaced? They were upfront, honest professional from the very beginning and that's why they got our business. I cannot recommend them more. The final outcome made me want to replace everything That they didn't replace because of how good it looks. He even went as far as saying that he needed to get more support so that he would at least know months down the road the gutter will still be standing strong and functioning properly. Honestly, I couldn't be happier read more

Highly recommend! I needed some new gutters, including a new leaderhead and it was a bit of a complicated job with some unique routing. Ty did an amazing job at a very fair price. My new gutters look great and the installation process was fast and easy. After collecting quotes from 4 different roofing companies, I'm confident I made the right choice and plan on using Redwood in the future. read more

From start to finish my experience with Redwood Gutter Services was excellent. After reaching out with a request for a repair, they immediately followed up both by email and phone. I was able to get a quote within a few days (which included a site visit). Redwood was very accommodating to my schedule and ended up doing an extensive repair for a reasonable price. The quality of repair and service was fantastic, as was the follow-up and communication throughout the process. I especially appreciated on-the-job good attitude and transparency for the work needed. I highly recommend Redwood Gutter Services for whatever gutter repairs or replacement you need - the positive, prompt communication and attitude alone was 5 stars. read more

We sought out Redwood Gutter Services to see if we could save our current gutters (with a good cleaning) or if they needed to be replaced. Ty was very nice in the initial inspection, gave us the details, and shared how long the work would take. We ended up only needing a cleaning and also received a great recommendation from them to add a rain chain, which looks very nice in the front of our house rather than having an unappealing pipe coming down. The service itself took a day to complete, and by the end of it, the gutters looked awesome and the rain chain was perfectly installed. We had not cleaned the gutters for over 3 years so this was a great way to start over as it was so pristine and well done. Worth the money! Thank you! read more

Great company. A pleasure to work with all the way through the process. Gutters look fantastic!

I live in a 1950s style home with crooked gutters and an uneven roof. My gutters were a mess with oak trees and pine needles blocking the water drainage, causing water damage to our home so we needed gutter guards. I had gotten several quotes from other companies price gouging us UNTIL Redwood Gutters showed up. Not only did they round down for square footage on the estimate, TY showed up and spent 2 FULL days installing high quality guards to perfection. Every gutter is perfectly even now and his installation was done seamlessly. In addition, Ty was very outgoing, easy to work with, and gave EXCELLENT customer service with always being responsive to calls/texts, answering questions! I was beyond impressed with their work! read more

Great quality and service at a reasonable price. I needed repairs to my gutters; they were pulling away from the eaves and were not draining properly. Hunter set up an inspection right away, and his brother Ty came out, walked me through the issues, and suggested repairs. He explained why the issues arose and how to avoid them in the future. He didn't try to upsell me or convince me to purchase new gutters; on the contrary, he told me they could be repaired and would be good as new. On the day of the install Ty showed up on time, took care of the installation without a hitch, and repaired everything perfectly. He was responsive, professional, and did a great job. From start to finish, this was an incredibly easy and seamless experience. I would definitely recommend these guys (Hunter and Ty) for any of your gutter needs. read more

Ty and his brother make a great team. It's rare to find conscientious, fair, hardworking people them. I learned from them all the benefits of a refined custom gutter installation vs. Generic Home Depot. Very affordable and the look and quality is much better. I had a great experience with Todd, Hunter, and Redwood, from the call in to the date of service, scheduled the following day. Todd listened to my gutter issue (back house gutter installed somewhat poorly years earlier), offered alternatives, proposed his idea, which we went with, and charged a reasonable amount. No hassle, great communications, and personal service. Thank you guys. read more

Redwood responded to my request for a quote very quickly, answered all my questions, and got me on their schedule pretty quick. Their work was great. I thought I was just getting a repair in a few places, but they were very detailed and fixed a few other places too -- at no extra cost. Can't ask for more than that. They were also so conscientious, they didn't harm any of the plants I thought might be in the way for ladders etc, and kept it quiet near the baby's window during his nap and didn't wake him up! So, pretty great all around. Highly recommend. read more

Hunter and Ty were really great. They were very responsive from the outset. We called them the first heavy rain of the season. Knowing that, I was worried it would be difficult to schedule or that the rates would be very high. Instead, Ty was a very nice, thoughtful, cared about the work, and paid great attention to detail. He didn't try to upsell, but when he found some wood rot, he gave us a fair price to repair that and I was impressed with his work quality, so we added on some more work and he completed the job. He fixed numerous areas where the gutters were not working properly, were clogged, or were not angled properly. In a few areas he had to trouble shoot and replace gutters, and wood. We had one area where too much water was pooling around the house and he came up with a great solution to path the gutter to an area that wouldnt cause an issue. Very much appreciate the work and will call again if we need anything else. read more

I had a fantastic experience working with Redwood Gutters! They provided a very competitive price compared to some of the other vendors in my area. The folks I worked with were reliable and made sure I understood all aspects of the installation clearly. They also promptly completed the job the next day after the evaluation/pricing discussion. I think these guys might be relatively new, but I had an outstanding experience. Highly recommend! read more

The recent rain in LA caused my neighbor's roof to cave in. She told me that it was due to her old gutters and that her home owner's insurance would not pay for most of the damage. Imagine. Next day I called Redwood Gutter Services. They came right away, made the gutters in my color on the spot, and installed them. They were so nice, professional, quick, and well-priced. I am so relieved. I highly recommend them! read more

Redwood Gutters did a great job replacing the gutters on my mom's house. Very easy to work with highly recommend giving them a call!

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I recently hired them to install new gutters in my house. From the initial consultation, to the extremely reasonable pricing, to the expert installation, to the final walkthrough, the installer Tynan was nothing short of an ultimate professional. During the initial consultation, useful information and suggestions were given, alternate options were provided, and recommendations made. A plan was drawn up and provided which was clear as to what work would be done and exact pricing made. During the install, customer service was paramount. The install was on time and expertly performed. The corners were mitered completely straight, and the downspouts were seamlessly blended into my house. They even offered a color that blended in perfectly. When I was not perfectly happy with one downspout location ( I changed my mind), they made a change on the fly without complaint. Customer is king with this company. At the conclusion, they even came back, ran water in the gutters, and made minor adjustments to make sure the complete system was working perfectly. If you want a high end job using high end aluminum without paying high end pricing, I would hire this company without reservation. I could not recommend Redwood gutters more highly and will use them in the future to service and clean my system. read more
