Where can I start? We recently moved to the Pasadena Altadena area and as realtors were always curious about new local vendors. I came across redwood gutter services here on yelp and could not have been any happier. We needed some repair work and changing out a portion of our old gutter system that was broken after the Eaton storm and fires. They did an amazing job and took great pride in the amount of detail effort And quality of work that they gave. I've contacted two other companies before them. Both companies said that entire long stretches of gutters needed to be replaced. The quotes were significantly higher, but at least being handy myself. I knew the bare minimum and knew this was not correct. They came in assess the situation didn't try to tell me exactly where things were Broken incorrect and needed improvement and what was the limit of what they could repair or what needed to be replaced? They were upfront, honest professional from the very beginning and that's why they got our business. I cannot recommend them more. The final outcome made me want to replace everything That they didn't replace because of how good it looks. He even went as far as saying that he needed to get more support so that he would at least know months down the road the gutter will still be standing strong and functioning properly. We sought out Redwood Gutter Services to see if we could save our current gutters (with a good cleaning) or if they needed to be replaced. Ty was very nice in the initial inspection, gave us the details, and shared how long the work would take. We ended up only needing a cleaning and also received a great recommendation from them to add a rain chain, which looks very nice in the front of our house rather than having an unappealing pipe coming down. The service itself took a day to complete, and by the end of it, the gutters looked awesome and the rain chain was perfectly installed. Hunter set up an inspection right away, and his brother Ty came out, walked me through the issues, and suggested repairs. He explained why the issues arose and how to avoid them in the future. Hunter and Ty were really great. They were very responsive from the outset. We called them the first heavy rain of the season. Knowing that, I was worried it would be difficult to schedule or that the rates would be very high. Instead, Ty was a very nice, thoughtful, cared about the work, and paid great attention to detail. He didn't try to upsell, but when he found some wood rot, he gave us a fair price to repair that and I was impressed with his work quality, so we added on some more work and he completed the job. He fixed numerous areas where the gutters were not working properly, were clogged, or were not angled properly. In a few areas he had to trouble shoot and replace gutters, and wood. We had one area where too much water was pooling around the house and he came up with a great solution to path the gutter to an area that wouldnt cause an issue. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I recently hired them to install new gutters in my house. From the initial consultation, to the extremely reasonable pricing, to the expert installation, to the final walkthrough, the installer Tynan was nothing short of an ultimate professional. During the initial consultation, useful information and suggestions were given, alternate options were provided, and recommendations made. A plan was drawn up and provided which was clear as to what work would be done and exact pricing made. During the install, customer service was paramount. The install was on time and expertly performed. The corners were mitered completely straight, and the downspouts were seamlessly blended into my house. They even offered a color that blended in perfectly. When I was not perfectly happy with one downspout location ( I changed my mind), they made a change on the fly without complaint. Customer is king with this company. At the conclusion, they even came back, ran water in the gutters, and made minor adjustments to make sure the complete system was working perfectly. If you want a high end job using high end aluminum without paying high end pricing, I would hire this company without reservation.
