They did a great job at a reasonable price. Showed me photos of before and after so I could see what I was paying for.

I've used Erik's gutter service twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. Two years ago, he did a full cleanout and repair on my rain gutters, leaving everything spotless. I called him back today to modify and reroute where one of my backyard downspouts emptied out. Communication was seamless--Erik was super responsive via text, arrived right on the dot, and did a clean, professional job from start to finish. It's rare to find someone this reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend Erik for any gutter work! read more

Erick was awesome. Needed a rain gutter & roof cleaning on short notice for a new home with tons of leaf build up and an imminent rain storm. He was able to come out in practically an hour! He was communicative and a nice guy, and the before and after pics had me pretty floored. I wasn't sure if everything would be leaf-blown off the roof or collected, but it was all collected neatly and taken off site, no mess at all. Super happy and well worth the peace of mind to protect the homestead. Would definitely use again! read more

Had some pooling on my roof after the recent rain and saw the gutters were overflowing. They not only came over and did a thorough cleaning of my gutters but they also extended an existing gutter that was pouring out into my roof from a higher level. In the end the job was seamless, quick and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go to them again. read more

We had leaks and water damage from our roof yearly in January due to poor cleaning. I haven't had a problem ever since I started having Spotless Rain Gutter Cleaning come out several years ago. They do an amazing job cleaning my roof and gutters and send before and after photos of their work. My house has a Spanish tile roof and they are effective but are careful with the tiles and other sensitive plants near our house. They are amazing and I wouldn't trust anyone else! read more

Erick and Carlos came on the second day of my contacting them for help. They were on time, polite, professional and organized. They charged me exactly what I was quoted, which was far less than another company wanted to charge me, for half the work. I had water overflowing onto my electric box on the side of the house. They fixed the problem. They cleaned and flushed my gutters. They unclogged all the downspouts. They were in and out in about an hour. I wish all businesses were run this way. I highly recommend Erick for all your gutter needs. read more

Out of the 6 contractors we contacted we chose Erick & he did not disappoint. He was experienced enough to be able to understand my gutter problem & draw out a plan to fix it without even coming out in person first. He always responded timely with everything I asked for...including my request for written estimate, proof of insurance & my multitude of questions. Very friendly & professional. His was not the lowest bid but was very reasonable for the quality of the materials he used & the fine workmanship. He & his team were very neat & left my place as clean as when he started. read more

Erick fixed this issue with a section of my gutter where it wasn't abutting the roof...which kinda defeats the purpose of the gutter! See photo. Erick was responsive over text, we agreed on an appointment window time, Erick arrived within that window, and fixed the gutter issue in about 40 min. Professional and friendly throughout, texted me photos of the condition of my gutters (which were fine), and explained the issue and how he fixed it. Thanks! read more

On a Wednesday I called Erick last minute in a panic to help clear a clogged downspout. I sent him my address and he was able to provide me with a quote via text but couldn't come until Monday. I was nervous with rain coming in over the weekend. Luckily, on Friday Erick sent me a text that he was able to stop by in the afternoon. Thank goodness! I wasn't home but he followed instructions, got the job done and respected our property. I'm so so grateful that he was able to accommodate us last minute and saved me from water damage. Erick is wonderful. I had one specific problem that I needed him to fix, but since I've owned the house for 9 years now, and the gutters have never been cleaned in all that time, I asked him to take a look and see if they needed any attention. He could have easily sold me on a big job cleaning all the gutters, but he said that actually, they looked pretty good and didn't need anything. Very impressed! read more

Great service! Very easy to schedule. Called and received a response right away. Texted him with my address and he pulled up on google earth an image of my home and walked through the footage needing to be cleaned. The quote was very reasonable and he texted when he was on his way. All the other businesses I called wouldn't perform cleaning (although their services have it listed). They were more interested in high $ gutter installs. 2 guys came on the day of the cleaning, and they were thorough and showed me pictures of the completed job. This team is refreshingly honest and it's a good price. read more
