I highly recommend LA Glow for window cleaning services. From the beginning Austin was polite and very responsive. He confirmed the day before the service and arrived on-time. Work was done efficiently, at a very high level and for a good price. Would definitely hire again. read more

Very happy with my experience with LA Glow. Austin was very prompt with his responses, quoted a very fair price, was punctual, polite and did a great job. He easily cleaned my 3rd floor condo windows from the sidewalk. Highly recommend for your window cleaning needs! read more

We were very happy with the window washing services provided by LA Glow. Austin came by one day to take a look at the house and provide an estimate and scheduled the work in the same week. While you might think windows are something you can do on your own, sometimes we just don't get to it. LA Glow was careful working in and outside the home and worked efficiently with little disruption. The difference is amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this service. read more

I highly recommend LA Glow! Frankly, 5 stars isn't even enough! Austin did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of the windows in my home. He cleaned all the screens and tracks as well. My windows are so clean I almost have to touch them to be sure there is still glass there! . I'm very happy to say after researching other window washing companies, I picked the right company. I received quality work, at a fair price. The BIG bonus is the owner Austin. He has a very personable personality and takes pride in his work. I'll definitely be a regular customer! THE VERY BEST - PERIOD! I manage an apartment building in Playa Del Rey where seemingly the jet fuel from the aircraft coming out of LAX leave much junk on the concrete and windows. Austin was so accommodating and gracious. I had no idea the window could be that clean. Made a huge difference. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the real deal for their windows, and he also specializes in solar panels. Well done, indeed. Thanks, Austin! read more

Super happy with this company. I messaged and sent photos of the skylight we had trouble cleaning so he can give an estimate and immediately responded. The price was reasonable without hidden fees. He also fit us in the next day! Top notch professional service! Our before and after photos speak for themselves. Also, he accepted venmo which made it easy for me to pay him. Thank you, Austin! Will definitely recommend to friends and family! read more

Happy with my service from Austin. He cleaned all of the windows interior and exterior at my apartment in Santa Monica following the LA Fires. Thank you, Austin read more

Austin did a great job. We had an outside fire and needed the windows washed quickly to get rid of the soot and grime from the flames. He responded quickly to my Yelp request, set up a quick appointment, showed up on time and quietly completed all the windows. The reason I emphasized "quietly" is that the large crews we had previously were very loud and disruptive to my home office schedule. In addition, we have the original 1935 windows which requires alot of attention to detail. Austin showed care in carefully cleaning each window. read more

I highly highly recommend LA Glow! Their work was superb, they were a pleasure to work with, and my home and exterior spaces were respectfully cared for during the work. Wow wow wow fantastic!!! read more

Austin was extremely professional and courteous. LA Prestige Window Cleaning service did a really great job on my window's which I admit had not been cleaned in a couple of years. The appointment went really well, Austin turned up on time, called me upon arrival and initial quote was as stated. I had missed a couple of windows in my original count, this was not an issue, I paid a little extra and these were done too. I can't speak highly enough about this company; my windows look amazing, and I have already booked a return appointment. Thank you. read more

Bait and switch! I told Austin exactly how many windows and sliding doors I have in my house. He gave me a quote, which I agreed to. But when he came out for the job, he briefly looked at some of the windows and told me he would have to adjust the price. For example, what I counted as one window, he counts as three because the window is a fixed pane with two adjacent sliding panes. At no point in our preliminary discussion did he instruct me how to count the windows or tell me the quote was subject to his inspection. He has a super nice truck, so someone is falling for his nonsense! read more

L.A. prestige came through in a pinch. Contacted Austin on Tuesday night. He came and looked at the property the next day and gave me a great quote on the spot. The house is a 3 story home in Venice and has some tough areas due to lot size. L.A. Prestige Window was there Friday on time to do the work. Austin and his partner did a great job and even came back Monday to clean up on a spot that they didn't have access to due to the neighbors vehicle being in the way. I would recommend L. A. Prestige Windows to anyone looking for amazing work, with great service and the best pricing. Thank you Austin for your awesome customer service and professionalism. read more

Great experience with LA Prestige. Austin was quick to respond to my bid request, gave me a straightforward quote, and scheduled my appointment right away. On the date of the appointment, David (cleaner) showed up on time and did a very thorough job. In addition to my windows, he also cleaned my solar panels, which made a noticeable difference in my solar energy production. So glad I found this company -- will definitely be calling on them for my future needs! read more

Great service, super responsive and quick scheduling. Steve was very thorough (+ a lovely person!), our windows are pretty much invisible now, changed the whole atmosphere in the house. Many thanks Steve and Austin! read more

Fast reply and quick scheduling of service. The tram was friendly and windows look great!

He quoted $179.00 for 20 windows and after arrival did not honor his written Qoute arguing that he is counting each glass as a "Window" He changed his quote to $375 ?? read more

I got quotes from five different window cleaning companies, and decided to go with Austin given his fair pricing and his schedule, and I'm so glad I did! Booked LA Prestige to clean our windows after 8 months of remodeling our home. We were hosting Thanksgiving and I really wanted to have glowing windows. They were incredibly responsive, confirmed my appointment, and showed up with no fuss. Our window cleaner worked around other tradespeople that were still doing some work on our home. He was fast, efficient, and did a great job. Definitely recommend! read more

LA Prestige window cleaning is the best! I have been using them since Austin began his business. Always reliable and his people are wonderful. Steve just cleaned all of my windows inside and out, he cleaned the runners, brushed the screens and was able to remove the water stains. He was friendly and was beyond helpful. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Note: I am not in San Francisco. I am in Winnetka, Ca. read more

Austin was gracious enough to swing by on a Sunday morning and do an incredible job on my condo windows. We're in a weird shaped building but he was able to reach our windows which is on the 4th Level. Windows looks brand new after not cleaning them for over 2 years. I would recommend LA Prestige for any hard to reach and professional window cleaning service for your home or business. Super cool guy and thanks again for taking care of this on such short notice and fitting us in your schedule. Love to support businesses like these with great people. read more

What a wonderful experience it was having Austen come clean my windows! The previous owner of my home had never (to my knowledge) cleaned the windows. Austin had his work cut out for him. With around 40 disgusting windows to clean, he buckled down and had them shining like new in under 3 hours. I highly recommend LA Prestige Window Cleaning! 5 stars all the way! read more

They are the best window cleaners we've ever used and they were courteous and respectful

Great and quick! They were very cheerful and careful, cleaning the sills inside and out!

Great work! Reliable and on time! If you have two story home, remind them to bring extension in case a window can't be removed. One of my windows couldn't slide out so it was left dirty. However, did excellent job on everything else! read more
