We could not have been more impressed with Gabriel and Rose! I reached out to three companies and was most impressed by both Gabriel's response time and professionalism. His pricing was very fair too! On top of that, he's knowledgeable. We have two large picture windows that have been cloudy for years. We have tried and tried to clean them. Gabriel told us they are plexiglass, but he knew how to make them sparkle (pun intended). We are in awe of the results. They have NEVER been so clear. Rose was equally impressive doing the interiors. She was careful and so conscientious of keeping our home (including white carpets) clean. So happy we found this team and thrilled that we're now on their maintenance plan. Bottom line: They are brilliant! read more

Gabriel and team did a fantastic job with our windows! Fast response, efficient, reasonable. Would absolutely hire again.

Gabriel and Rose were kind, fast, efficient, and the price was right. Already have them on my calendar for twice a year, and my neighbor grabbed their card, too! Happy to support small businesses run by cool people. read more

100% high recommendation! These guys are excellent. On time, efficient, courteous, thorough. Team of two showed up and cleaned our windows with kindness and professionalism. Thank you! See you next year! read more

Gabriel and his team cleaned our windows, gutters, and outside of our home. They even went above and beyond by unclogging a gutter drain that runs down our hill--something that's probably been blocked for years, but no one else had taken the time or care to fully clear it. Most importantly, Gabriel and his team were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Our windows are now sparkling clean, and we couldn't be happier with the results! read more

My first interaction with Gabriel on yelp was pleasant and they provided a highly competitive price for our 2 bed 2 bath, 787 SF condo. The service itself started with an early arrival and nice communication. I walked through the property with Daniel and he pointed out key areas that may need focus. He did an amazing job cleaning the outside of our windows even though we were on the second floor. He even went above and beyond when he noticed that some of the marks were on the inside and he proceeded to come in and fix them; even though we only paid for outside cleaning. Daniel was very professional, nice, and charismatic. I would be happy to use his and the company's services again. read more

Gabriel and his brother showed up and did a good job. Good communications prior to arriving and nice guys. The also added a little "bonus" to the job... used some product that got rid of some water spots that had been there forever. read more

Gabriel and his team were amazing! Prompt, detail oriented and fast, wow! We asked for an interior and exterior window washing on a two story house with attached ADU, and they totally delivered and assessed what needed to happen. It was one of the least intrusive house cleaning things we've ever had haha and it was a relief as I had been putting off window washing for that very reason, worrying that we'd have broke screens and people all over the place, but Gabriel and his team were so respectful and kind and quiet and gentle the the window screens and everything. And for the price I would say it was an absolute steal! I would use them For window cleaning again in a heartbeat! It was so nice to finally look out our windows again without dried in dust and water drop stains all over them. Thank you Gabriel! read more

Gabriel did a great job on our windows! After living here for two years with a backyard of mostly a dirt hill it feels like getting fresh glasses to look outside our fresh windows now :) he was also the only person on yelp who offered to give me a quote by texting photos - very convenient! read more

Our home has many large windows and glass doors/ balconies with beautiful views we like to see through clean glass. Which means we need our windows cleaned every few months or so... We've been in search for the right window cleaning company since we purchased our home 2 years ago and we've tried several only to be disappointed each time. One company even damaged our marble island. The attention to detail just wasn't there and the jobs were rushed, some windows damaged, residue still left on them etc. Still hopeful after reading Gabriel's amazing reviews, I called to make an appointment with Instant Clean Windows and Gabriel was who I spoke with! We scheduled our appointment for the day I chose and he showed up early with two other cleaners. We did a walk through of the property inside and outside. and he was sure to get an understanding of what was needed. Gabriel and his team did an outstanding job and took their time. They were all perfectionists. He took it upon himself to do areas he felt required more attention to detail and even buffed windows with stubborn marks and re-cleaned windows that weren't up to their standards. This kind of character in a business owner and quality is extremely refreshing during a time where people just don't seem to care. He was kind and very hardworking. His price was also very reasonable and competitive! They are now our go-to window cleaning company. So happy to have found them! read more

Just had my window service by Instant clean windows. Great job ,highly recommend. Gabriel and Rose are truly window professionals

Gabriel and his team did a fantastic job on my home. They were prompt, professional and did above and beyond job. This is my first time using their service and would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing windows cleaned. read more

INSPECT ALL YOUR WINDOWS BEFORE THEY LEAVE! Although Gabriel is a friendly guy, I cannot in good conscience recommend his window washing business after my experience. Two screens were cut, several screens were bent and numerous screens were re-installed incorrectly. Initially, I noticed one damaged screen and I immediately contacted Gabriel. He admitted he accidentally cut it, but failed to mention it before he was paid. He covered the cost to repair it, but I cannot help to wonder why he did not conduct himself with integrity and disclose his mistakes before leaving. I have since noticed another cut screen and 3 screens that are bent that will require repair. I am terribly disappointed. INSPECT EVERY WINDOW BEFORE they are paid. Lesson learned. read more

As a highly detailed person and perfectionist, I often find myself disappointed in both customer service and the quality of service. But, I'm happy to report that I would confidently recommend Gabriel and his crew to ANYONE. He was immediately responsive with his quote and also didn't try to upcharge once he showed up and the job was complete, (like many often do). I ended up needing him much sooner than I thought, and he readily accommodated. He showed up promptly....right on time and was so communicative throughout. His crew was the friendliest and extremely thorough in their work. It's no surprise he has such great reviews. He is worth the hype! read more

I was looking for a good, reliable and decently priced Window cleaning company. I did some price comparison among several window cleaning companies and I found this company to be not only very responsive, competitive in rates but also they made themselves available and worked with my schedule. They are upfront and honest with their work and I always love supporting small businesses. Thanks instant clean windows!! read more

I can't recommend Instant Clean Windows enough! Gabriel was amazing from start to finish. He responded super quickly through Yelp, offered a virtual walkthrough using photos due to the pandemic, and provided an affordable quote! I had an appointment scheduled within the same week of contacting Gabriel. The day of, he reached out before the appointment time to check-in, and upon arrival, he and his team (Kevin) were both wearing masks and respectfully took off their shoes / wore booties upon our request. Our exterior windows were covered with cobwebs and our interior tracks/screens filled with dust, but Gabriel and Kevin did an incredible job making them look new again! Living on the 3rd floor of a condo, Gabriel instantly realized that some of the water would drip onto our neighbor's windows below. He said he would also clean their windows of any water drips without an extra charge - this level of detail and service is really incredible! Sometimes I feel skeptical of businesses with all 5 star reviews because it seems too good to be true, but Gabriel really proved me wrong! I will definitely be recommending Gabriel to all our neighbors, family, and friends and will be using Instant Clean Windows again in the future :) read more

Daniel provided great service with a friendly attitude. He was meticulous and left everything sparkling clean.

I was in dire need of a good window cleaning. It's been a few years since I last called someone to come and clean the outside of the windows. Been debating about having someone come during COVID but the cobwebs, spiders, and filth was annoying me too much. I sent out a request through yelp to local businesses and Gabriel was the first to respond within minutes! A few others responded but their quote was slightly higher and Gabriel was able to come the next day! I live on the third floor of a condo building so I took pictures to show, sending through the yelp messaging system. We later kept in communication via text and he alerted me that his prior job was running slightly over. I was appreciative of him giving me a heads up upon leaving the first job and arriving at my place. He had some long extending rod which he could've used to wash my windows but once he checked out the windows from inside my unit, he was able to just hang out of the neighboring window to reach and clean. This saved a considerable amount of labor and time. He came with a mask and kindly removed his shoes when I asked him to come inside. Total job for 9 windows and screens was about an hour and a half. Pleased with the work and told him I would definitely recommend him to the 20 other units in my building. Reliable, prompt messaging, courteous, and job well done. Jyeah! read more

We haven't cleaned our windows for about 3 years and they were a mess! Gabriel came to clean our house and another house on the same block as us. He did an amazing job for both of them! I love that they do the inside and outside, AND the tracks!! I care about the clean tracks more than the windows! The best part is that his prices are so much more competitive than other companies that I looked into. Very very affordable for the amount of windows both of our houses had. I also didn't know that windows can lose their lustre if dirt is on them for too long. Luckily our houses is pretty new so I didn't have to worry. But I will definitely be getting our windows cleaned 1-2 times a year now. IT'S THE BEST FEELING WHEN YOUR WINDOWS ARE SUPER CLEAN!!!! read more
