We asked for an interior and exterior window washing on a two story house with attached ADU, and they totally delivered and assessed what needed to happen. Our home has many large windows and glass doors/ balconies with beautiful views we like to see through clean glass. Which means we need our windows cleaned every few months or so... We've been in search for the right window cleaning company since we purchased our home 2 years ago and we've tried several only to be disappointed each time. One company even damaged our marble island. INSPECT ALL YOUR WINDOWS BEFORE THEY LEAVE! Although Gabriel is a friendly guy, I cannot in good conscience recommend his window washing business after my experience. Two screens were cut, several screens were bent and numerous screens were re-installed incorrectly. Initially, I noticed one damaged screen and I immediately contacted Gabriel. He admitted he accidentally cut it, but failed to mention it before he was paid. He covered the cost to repair it, but I cannot help to wonder why he did not conduct himself with integrity and disclose his mistakes before leaving. I have since noticed another cut screen and 3 screens that are bent that will require repair. I am terribly disappointed. INSPECT EVERY WINDOW BEFORE they are paid. Lesson learned. read more

He responded super quickly through Yelp, offered a virtual walkthrough using photos due to the pandemic, and provided an affordable quote! I had an appointment scheduled within the same week of contacting Gabriel. The day of, he reached out before the appointment time to check-in, and upon arrival, he and his team (Kevin) were both wearing masks and respectfully took off their shoes / wore booties upon our request. Our exterior windows were covered with cobwebs and our interior tracks/screens filled with dust, but Gabriel and Kevin did an incredible job making them look new again! Living on the 3rd floor of a condo, Gabriel instantly realized that some of the water would drip onto our neighbor's windows below. I was in dire need of a good window cleaning. It's been a few years since I last called someone to come and clean the outside of the windows. Been debating about having someone come during COVID but the cobwebs, spiders, and filth was annoying me too much. I sent out a request through yelp to local businesses and Gabriel was the first to respond within minutes! A few others responded but their quote was slightly higher and Gabriel was able to come the next day! I live on the third floor of a condo building so I took pictures to show, sending through the yelp messaging system. We later kept in communication via text and he alerted me that his prior job was running slightly over. I was appreciative of him giving me a heads up upon leaving the first job and arriving at my place. He had some long extending rod which he could've used to wash my windows but once he checked out the windows from inside my unit, he was able to just hang out of the neighboring window to reach and clean. This saved a considerable amount of labor and time. He came with a mask and kindly removed his shoes when I asked him to come inside. Total job for 9 windows and screens was about an hour and a half.
