Additionally, they did something I wasn't expecting...they thoroughly washed the screens that were in my windows, meticulously taking each individual screen out and power washing each screen in addition to making sure the window was spotless, taking care of washing windows that were on the second or third level. I was so impressed with their hard work, punctuality, and efficiency in the work they did. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a tremendous job on windows done with kindness and professionalism.

I've had Big City Window cleaners clean my home rain gutters for several years. They have always…read moredone a marvelous job without issue. Today (2/13/2026) was no exception. Joe texted me this morning to ask if I needed my gutters cleaned prior to the impending rain storm forecast to occur in a few days. My need to clean my gutters had totally slipped my mind, so based on his inquiry I checked the gutters from street level and immediately noticed that they needed to be cleaned promptly. Joe had advised me in his text that the workers would be in my area the next day so I texted him back in the afternoon to schedule an appointment. He called me back promptly and stated the his guys were working in my area today as well and could respond within 20 minutes if that was convenient for me. I responded in the affirmative. Alex and Hector arrived within the allotted time firm. They met me at the front door of my residence at which time Alex introduced himself and Hector and advised me that they would go onto the roof and inspect the gutters. He also advised that he would take before and after pictures and show me the results upon completion. They went right to work and not only cleaned the gutters but also removed all of the residual residue which had accumulated on the roof adjacent to the gutters, so that the debris would not roll into the gutters when the rain comes. And, as promised, he did show me the before pictures (gutters filled with leaves and associated debris) and the after pictures showing them completely cleaned. They also flushed the gutters and drains to ensure there was complete water flow to the bottom toward the street. He also advised that he would have all the pictures downloaded in the office and send to me afterward. And if that was already enough he explained to me that one portion of the gutter on the south side had an indentation which might affect the water flow and suggested that I may want to have that repaired or replaced. Thank goodness Joe text to remind me of the impending rain which jogged my memory to check. And for his prompt return to set up an appointment as soon as possible. And of course thanks to Alex and Hector for arriving promptly, expertly explaining their plan and executing it to a tee. They were both very professional, accommodating and diligent in their work. And completed the work in a timely no nonsense fashion. I have used them before and obviously will use them again. So if you need gutters and/or windows cleaned don't hesitate to support and throw your business their way. You won't be disappointed.

He had like three different tools to washed the windows. He did such a great job that I asked if he could wash my car since he had the pressure washer. That pressure washer removed all the gunk in my front wheels. He took two hours to wash my windows and an hour to wash my car. Overall, he did an amazing job! While cleaning the gutters, he noticed some broken tiles on our roof. He took pictures, showed us what he found, and offered to fix them. He even went out of his way to pick up the matching tiles from a tile place, then came back the next day to complete the repair. We also mentioned that our kitchen faucet had been leaking, and he was able to fix that too. It ended up being more complicated than expected because part of it was corroded and couldn't simply be unscrewed, so he had to saw it off before installing the new faucet. He handled the whole thing carefully, did the caulking, and left everything looking clean and professional. He also recommended a soft cleaning service for the house, but when I explained that we weren't able to take that on right now because of our current budget situation, he was completely understanding and didn't pressure us at all. That meant a lot. One thing I really appreciated was how clean he kept the work area. He even broomed up afterward because he said he likes to keep things clean, and it showed. Matthew was friendly, helpful, thorough, and did quality work across several different issues. We were really happy with his work and would definitely recommend him. We'll absolutely reach out to him again in the future for additional services when we're ready.

That's why my husband and I were surprised when only you and your brother showed up. I even asked you where your crew was and you said it was just you and your brother. You started in the morning and said you'd probably be finished by 2:00. The dust and dirt inside and outside of my house should have had a crew of people working on it all day in order to have it properly cleaned. My husband said you finally called in other people to help later when you realized it was more than you and your brother could do by yourselves. Yes, you came back when I mentioned that some things were not clean but only swiped some walls with your wall cleaning mop and tried to clean dirt off of my bathroom floor tile but left much of the dirt behind. My husband had to order an extendable wall cleaning mop to do the rest himself because you still didn't clean all the dust off the walls. The plants looked fine before your brother cleaned the exterior but the day after, the leaves were burnt. They had to be cut down. Having had a business for 28 yrs, the right thing to do, customer service wise, is to refund the money for the cleaning of the couches that I paid for. I wasn't comfortable having you clean them after we moved back into our house, because of the issues we had with the cleaning of our house. You don't have to refund the money but it would be the right thing to do. Some flexibility is a smarter way to do business.

About half and hour into the cleaning, I overheard one of the guys saying they needed to be at another job soon and they needed to rush. When I asked the worker about it he said, oh "yes, but don't worry, we'll really hurry!" Not something you want to hear when someone is working on your house. I called the owner and he said he instructed them to take their time. I noticed they did windows with a brush and a huge amount of water from these tanks they brought. They literally sprayed my French doors with this for more than 30 minutes, even though I told the owner not to do the French doors. All of my windows's woodwork around the house windows was scrubbed within an inch of it's life with these brushes and the water. They also didn't move my doormats so they were soaked. I'm used to Dave the Window washer who just comes and does windows the old fashioned way with a squeegee. And everything is always perfect. Why did I stray?! I was going to let it go but my woodwork and doors are so water-logged I still can't open a set of my french doors. And the paint inside, which was perfect is bubbling up. I will need to have someone out to fix this. And yes I wanted them to not rush but just, wow... they took forever. It was awkward. They really seemed unsure of themselves and not professional. A few months later, after an HVAC replacement, our solar suddenly stopped working. Justin responded quickly - even on a Sunday - and scheduled a follow-up visit within a few days. The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company.
