So here's the thing... We've had the same windows cleaned 4 or 5 times now. Tom was the most expensive... and he was also the best. But he's still five stars. That rating takes it all into account... I'd rather spend the money and be happy with the job. And it's not like a little bit better... it was a lot better. It was a feeling of him being detail-oriented and not like he had three other jobs scheduled that day so he had to scoot. He did the windows beautifully and we also have some major frames on our windows... those were done, too. (He also did an "extra"... an 8' X 14' mirrored wall that I don't think anyone else had ever done.) Aren't ya tired of using the cheap (or even middle-priced) guy and always having a complaint or finding shit they missed after they are gone or having to remind them to take their shoes off in the house? I'm getting tired of Yelp reviews that leave out the important thing (price!) as if it doesn't matter. (Or maybe people are embarrassed that they've paid too much?)... so here ya go. (Or maybe it's just tacky to discuss that but Yelp is about consumers sharing info regarding businesses so wtf.) We have a 3000 sq ft house with more windows and doors than average and they are all pretty wide, anodized brown Fleetwood frames. Our windows are super easy to access both inside and out and it's a one-story house. There were also five large-ish sliding screen doors. Tom charged us $300. (We've paid as little as $200 to other window washers... but Tom is the one we will be calling again!) He even brought a really fancy pole brush (that extends up to 50 feet high) with filtered water to clean my high windows.
