Disappointed! My Window Cleaner was my to-go company to annually get my gutters cleaned. Not anymore. They failed to show up twice on the agreed upon date and time. The first time, I received a text Friday evening requesting to reschedule our scheduled Saturday 8:00 a.m. appointment. I was flexible and agreed for the following Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Well, on that Saturday at 8:20 a.m. I get a text requesting again to reschedule. This was not acceptable. I re-arranged my family plan twice in vain. The owner, Miguel, tried to justify that his assistant called out ill. Well, this excuse is questionable since I was cancelled twice at the last minute. I see this more about priorities and organization. Do not over schedule your appointments and keep your promises to your clients. As a result, you have lost a loyal client. read more

They were 45 mins late. Here for an hour, and were unable to actually complete clearing out our gutters. They told me I needed to hire somebody else who could open the gutters up and then repair them after. Felt like I wasted money and was misled. read more

Very easy and friendly communication. However, the person scheduled for cleaning was over 1 hr late despite me being the first client scheduled for the day. He was very nice and respectful of the inside of my house and wore shoe protectors. The skylights, window tracks, and screens could have been cleaned better (see photos). To be fair, the tracks were very dirty, so this was a big improvement. The price was similar to other companies, so I will hire a different one next time. **To Miguel who replied to me: the person doing the job already re-did a couple of the windows before leaving. First of all showed up an hour late after confirming a specific time. I had to text to ask for ETA in order to Find out he was not showing up until an hour later. Upon arrival the person sent to clean seemed very young and inexperienced. Once he started cleaning my windows i asked if he was still going to clean the tracks and frames as listed on the service I requested. He then mentioned he was not prepared for that and had no equipment to Clean tracks but would do his best. He then proceeded to clean my tracks with his car key. I told him to please stop as they were going to get damaged. He said well then I don't have the right equipment I'm going to lunch. Long story short it was an absolute mess. Just got off the phone with owner Miguel. Asked him if he could just scrape off the paint drops on my window. NO that is not part of our job. He also told me he is doing me a favor to clean my patio windows. They were indeed part of his contract. Don't waste your money. They don't care and don't want you to be happy. Spend your money with someone who actually wants the job. UPDATE:He had to come back to finish washing the windows that he skipped. I was not the only person not happy with his work. It turns out he DID have to clean all the windows of the complex. Also I was asked to erase my review and he will clean the paint spots. Makes me wonder if all the other reviews were fake. read more
