Its the 2nd time we've used D and S for washing our windows. They are the best. Fast, efficient and our windows sparkle.

Highly recommend David and his team! I hired them to clean my gutters and windows, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. David responded quickly and provided me with an estimate right away at a very fair and reasonable price. From the beginning, David demonstrated great knowledge and experience in his field. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and was professional throughout the entire process. David and his team were hardworking, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and everything looked great when they were finished. It's always refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, and takes pride in their work. Very pleased with David and his professional team. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for gutter or window cleaning! read more

I am disappointed to have to update my review because I hired this company a couple years ago and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, several months ago I scheduled an appointment, and no one showed up. I have reached out multiple times since then to reschedule but have not received a response. I understand that things happen, but communication goes a long way. I hope everything is okay, but based on my recent experience, I can no longer recommend them with the same confidence. read more

I've used D&S Window Cleaning twice now, and they are incredibly easy to work with. Dave and his crew always do a great job on the windows, and I really appreciate how careful they are in and around the house. Getting an appointment set up was a breeze, too--I reached out, and Dave got back to me right away to get us on the schedule. It's great to find a reliable crew that does solid work and respects your home. I will definitely be using them again. read more

I hired D&S to clean my gutter and power wash my driveway. They were super responsive, and they have very reasonable prices. I am very happy with the work they've done. I will employ them again when I need window cleaning in the future. This is a small family-owned business in the South Bay that deserves the support from our community. I highly recommend D & S! read more

I've used D&S many times. No one could never find a more polite, effective, or efficient group of men. They communicate well, are on time, and they do a remarkable job!! My new building has huge ocean-facing windows, gathering salt from the air. I don't have to worry, because Dave and his sons will leave them clean and sparkling. We are lucky to have them in our lives!! Very fair prices too!! read more

David and Cesar are hardworking, punctual, friendly and do a terrific job washing windows. I recommend them highly!

Unfortunately will have to find a new window cleaning service after using this company for the past several years. Their work has been getting worse and worse, and after our most recent cleaning my husband still had to go through all the windows and clean the tracks and windowsills himself because they were still black with dust (even though they had advertised cleaning all tracks and windowsills, and had done this for me the first couple times). read more

This company is my new "go to" for window and exterior house cleaning. My first experience was excellent with Dave and crew. Quick to respond , schedule and overall very friendly. They went above and beyond to clean all the exterior windows (including the roof!) for a very fair price. As a result, I plan to use them on a regular basis. read more

They did a great job cleaning inside, outside, window sills and mildew! Very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them!

Dave and his crew gave a fast, fair estimate from the photos and job description. They showed up the next day on time, cleaned the gutters, and blew all the debris off the roof. Great guys -- quick, professional, and friendly. Would definitely hire again! read more

Nothing like sparking windows to make like better! Once again, D & S Windows did a fantastic job on my windows. They are always to prompt, professional, careful and detail-oriented. Plus, their rates are reasonable! read more

Their service comes with wiping down of the window sills and cleaning of the inside windows as well. I asked them to power wash the balconies which was great. The price is comparable to most other businesses. The only thing is they wore booties inside but my floors still got dirty, and it was quite obvious, same after they cleaned the window sills as the areas beneath them had dust and dirt, also unfortunate that one of them got my white couch dirty because they did have to move furnitures themselves in order to get to the windows inside. But overall, I was satisfied with their job. I might hire them again and recommend them to my community, cuz I don't think any of us had gotten our windows washed for close to 4 yrs now! They were really nice, so next time I'll prolly just ask em to be more careful read more

I'd give fifty stars if I could! Dave and sons were great! Dave was on top of communication, came prepared, had amazing prices and his team did amazing work! I will use them again in the future!! Efficient and excellent work. a nice family run company. For a great job. I highly recommend them

OK, OK. I was wrong. D&S came out and did ALL my windows, including the garage door windows and the garage window, cleaned the tracks and screens and did a fabulous job. But when they were done, I noticed they had not squeegeed off the outside of the windows. "These are going to be all water-spotted!" I said. "You need to dry them." Dave said no, they used special water that didn't leave spots. I said no way, I'd be calling him back. He said I could pay him later if I didn't believe him. I didn't, but I paid him anyway, knowing I would call him back. And now . . . THE WINDOWS ARE SPOTLESS!!! It's a miracle! Thank you, Dave. I still can't believe it!!! read more

I've had these men out 3 times and I am never disappointed with the job they do. They are professional and efficient. They are hard workers and very kind. This year, they really didn't have the date I needed but squeezed me in somehow. The crew did an excellent job cleaning the windows on my two story house. They cleaned the windows, screens, and tracks. Four workers arrived and split into two groups with two working only outside and two only inside. The inside workers wore booties to cover their shoes and didn't leave any mess or wet walls/floors. The crew finished in about an hour and a half. My house is a new construction so there was dust and stucco and junk on the windows and in the tracks. I was so pleased with their work I hired them a second time to clean my solar panels. I highly recommend them! read more

D & S did an amazing job on our windows, gutters and railings. It looks like new and it was for a very good price.

I am SO glad I called D&S for a gutter cleaning. They came out with a 3 man-team and got to work immediately. The before and after photos were shocking. The previous owners had not cleaned the gutters in years and they got them completely clear and as clean as they could. They even washed off the concrete pathway and a sitting area in my yard as part of the service. Go with D&S. You will not be disappointed! read more
