Their service comes with wiping down of the window sills and cleaning of the inside windows as well. I asked them to power wash the balconies which was great. The price is comparable to most other businesses. The only thing is they wore booties inside but my floors still got dirty, and it was quite obvious, same after they cleaned the window sills as the areas beneath them had dust and dirt, also unfortunate that one of them got my white couch dirty because they did have to move furnitures themselves in order to get to the windows inside. But overall, I was satisfied with their job. I might hire them again and recommend them to my community, cuz I don't think any of us had gotten our windows washed for close to 4 yrs now! OK, OK. I was wrong. D&S came out and did ALL my windows, including the garage door windows and the garage window, cleaned the tracks and screens and did a fabulous job. But when they were done, I noticed they had not squeegeed off the outside of the windows. "These are going to be all water-spotted!" I said. "You need to dry them." Dave said no, they used special water that didn't leave spots. I said no way, I'd be calling him back. He said I could pay him later if I didn't believe him. I didn't, but I paid him anyway, knowing I would call him back. And now . . . THE WINDOWS ARE SPOTLESS!!! It's a miracle! Thank you, Dave. I still can't believe it!!! read more

The crew did an excellent job cleaning the windows on my two story house. They cleaned the windows, screens, and tracks. Four workers arrived and split into two groups with two working only outside and two only inside. The inside workers wore booties to cover their shoes and didn't leave any mess or wet walls/floors. The crew finished in about an hour and a half. My house is a new construction so there was dust and stucco and junk on the windows and in the tracks.
