I can't say enough positive things about SoCal Softwash Plus. I hired them to clean all exterior and interior window of my home (including screens and tracks) and they did a phenomenal job! With the cleaning technology they use there are no visible streaks - all you see is perfectly cleaned glass! Matt was very communicative, professional and friendly - working with him was great! I will only use SoCal Softwash Plus for all of my future window cleaning and pressure washing needs - they really are the best! Hire this company! read more

I am very pleased with the service provided by SoCal Softwash Plus. I needed 9 windows cleaned and contacted them via Yelp. Irma is fast to respond and provides the necessary details. The quote, for my case, was a flat fee and it really was that price. Some companies will say it's more expensive when they arrive, but Softwash Plus did research on the property online and quoted me reliably right away. A couple minutes before the scheduled time, Irma messaged me letting me know the team is running a few minutes late. 5-10min is nothing in LA traffic, I really appreciate how proactive and good the communication was. I was never left wondering. I would absolutely hire them again, next time I need my windows washed. read more

Scheduling an appointment with Irma was a breeze. After agreeing on the date of service and price estimate, I was glad to see Matthew and his crew here on time and ready to start. Matthew came in and listened to my requests. They did a great job removing all the dirt and hard water spots from all of the windows. The house is on the beach and the elements are hard on the windows. Matthew even helped me with suggestions to get our bricks cleaned around the pool area and front yard. He went beyond in customer service by leaving and bringing back a machine to see if it would scrub the bricks clean. Many thanks to all of your whole crew for your help and good work. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

We did new tile, vanity, lighting, and a walk-in shower, and the quality really shows. Hard to find a contractor this consistent and reliable. Pricing felt fair too, especially for the level of work. I had numerous questions and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction, and everything seemed very easy from the deposit to selecting a date. The workers arrived on time, and they were much quieter than I had expected. I wanted an old TV satellite removed from the side of the house, and they did not charge extra for that service.
