For the power washing, Tom showed up with his son and they power washed the tile in my back yard. It was a fairly small area so he only charged me the minimum and even offered to do my driveway too at no additional charge. Later I had Tom come out and he cleaned about 20 windows on my two story home. He has a pole tool that reaches up high so there was no ladders, or no one climbing out on the roof to wash the windows. After the exterior of the windows were done he was able to come inside and clean the interiors, including the kitchen window which is really a tight fit with the shutters and the faucet. He basically wouldn't let anything stand in his way of getting the job done and it was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Majic Wand for either pressure washing or window cleaning.

Messaged Dennis through yelp and he was very quick to respond, he gave me a reasonable estimate range based on the info I told him. And we booked a time. He and Maria arrived right on time, we did a walk around to scope out the house and they went to work. They were probably done in about 1.5hrs (inside and outside cleaning including screens) I found out they can also do shower glass with chemicals to break up the hard water stains. Which I will definitely utilise next time. Highly recommended. The photos don't do it justice explicitly because you can't see the glass now!
