Bright N Fresh was seriously the best investment during our move-out process!…read more I am one to always do things myself to save money, but this time around, I wanted to try out a cleaning service out of convenience. We lived in our apartment for over 5 years, so I did not have the time or energy to deep clean it while also juggling a full-time job, packing, and moving out. From start to finish, the team was very communicative, flexible, and friendly. They are very quick to respond and to send updates. They also have coupons occasionally! Overall, I feel like their customer service was top notch. For the actually cleaning, it was more than I could have imagined! Our apartment wasn't in horrible shape, but Susana was able to get rid of stains and gunk that I've tried to get rid of all 5 years! She got into corners and spaces I would not have been able to do on my own. AND, she was a one-woman team! Our property manager was shocked and said that he had never seen an apartment so clean at the move-out inspection. Lastly, I would like to share that we got our ENTIRE deposit back! No need for a separate cleaning fee. I could not recommend Bright N Fresh OC more. They have really changed my perspective on hiring a cleaning service rather than doing it yourself. If you have the means, it is definitely worth the price!!

However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

I decided to finally leave a review today because Gabby and Alicia really went above and beyond. I had them skip the main bedroom and bathroom because I was home and wanted to hang out in there. I would have been more than fine with them heading out early once they completed their other usual tasks, but instead I noticed they stayed the full time. When my four kids got home they were so excited to see all the extra effort that was put in in their bedrooms. The team had organized and sorted some of their shelves, cleaned off my teenage son's dresser top, picked up some of the never-ending clutter, and arranged all of their stuffed animals so cute. The little kids were literally jumping up and down with excitement. They really made all of our day! Move In Clean- house was already semi cleaned by owner but I need some extra attention to detail…read more I recently hired this cleaning service company, and I'm extremely disappointed with the results. My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. However, instead of addressing the issues and fixing the situation, they blamed their poor performance on a lack of English proficiency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone who is actually trying to get their house cleaned. It was a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable cleaning service. I paid for 2.5hrs

First, I was quoted $300-$400 for a move-in cleaning, plus an extra $30 to clean two high-ceiling windows after I sent photos. Once they arrived, the quote increased to $450. Second, we had agreed on a specific arrival time, but when I reached out to confirm, she changed it. Thankfully she honored the original time after I pointed it out, but changing the appointment time without asking the customer first was frustrating. Third, the two high-ceiling windows were never cleaned, yet they still expected full payment. When I asked if the total could be reduced to $400 as a courtesy, I was met with a lot of pushback. She then offered to have her husband come the next day to clean the windows for $100, even though I had originally been quoted $30. Lastly, the cleaning itself was only okay. There were still a few missed spots throughout the house. My advice would be to be cautious of very low initial quotes, because the final price may end up much higher than expected.
