We have pets with unfortunate bladder issues. Our high traffic areas looked terrible. With the holidays upon us, we realized we needed service QUICK! I sent them a quote request Sunday night, asking if they'd be able to come out Monday/Tuesday. They quoted me a fair rate and said they could come between 3:30 and 4:30 the following day (most places refused bc they were busy with upcoming holiday). The technician who came out actually came early (had a cancellation) which we were thrilled about - the sooner we have clean, DRY carpet, the better!! We asked him to do some additional work, he said yes, we showed him the HORRIBLE carpet. He told us he would do his best, but it's white carpet...we totally understood...and he got to work quickly and efficiently. In about 2 hours he cleaned two living rooms, 3 large area rugs, stairs, an upstairs hallway and a bathroom. They look MUCH better! Thank you guys! read more

I have to say I am truly amazed by the work! I asked for a quote and Chris offered to come same day! Since I had a full schedule that day I asked to book the following day and was given an appt the following day. He showed up right on time and had them done in less than an hour and to my surprise he got out 99.9% of stains! I can't believe how nice my couches look! Chris did an awesome job on my couches and carpet this past weekend. He also took on my windows. I live in an apartment with very old windows. The last time our building was painted they didn't cover the windows before they sprayed the building. Every one of my windows was covered in tiny specks of dried paint.
