I contacted JCA about cleaning my windows and set up an appointment. Julio sent me an email and said they could come Tuesday, 7/29 between 1:30 to 2:00 pm. I asked him to book it and he sent a confirming email for the appointment. I gave him the job address, my phone number and email address. Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday and no one showed up or contacted me. Haven't hear from them since. I contacted another company, they came out the following day, gave me an estimate and then did the work the day after that. The main entrance had spots all over it on the exterior,when pointed out she said she'd cleaned it twice, post the exterior guy, and it was HARD WATER, I said isn't is the purified water you provide?, she cleaned it again and it was fine. Big attitude. Not something you need when someone comes to your house to do a job they're being paid for. They left windows streaky, with foggy mess 4-5" high at the bottom of many windows, did not remove debris on the glass, left several screens dirty and did not clean the tracks as was communicated by their booker. JCA came out to clean my windows a few weeks ago and I also had them clean out my rain gutters on that visit. 2-years ago, I had started putting mesh guards on my rain gutters, but I never finished. I have a 2-story home and wasn't able to get to the 2nd story roof. I had only installed the first story guards. After JCA cleaned the gutters, I asked him if they could help me install the remaining gutter guards (I had already bought them 2 years ago) and he said that he would get back to me with a quote. There was about 100 feet of gutter that needed the guards installed. The guards are in 3 feet sections, so that's more than 30 pieces of guards that they installed for me.
