We initially had communication issues but they were quickly resolved. A 3 person crew came. Two worked outside and one inside. They were on time, efficient and had a good attitude. They did a great job with two minor issues. There was an outside window that we told them not to remove the screen because it had a tendency to fall off. They did remove the screen, it did fall off and someone had to return to place it back in place. The inside guy did a great job except he didn't secure back the screens. This could have been a security issue and my husband had to hook back each inside screen which took some time. So if you use them make sure they secure the inside screens. read more

We just had our house cleaned by JCA. We were referred by our realtor. JCA immediately offered a competitive quote for their services along with multiple convenient scheduling options. Their whole house cleaning package included everything windows (inside:outside), fences, gates, gutters, the chimneys, skylights, the roof (metal hurricane), and of course the whole house. We chose the low pressure option with a scrub brush. There were no "upsells" or "extras" for cleaning the house. We did add-on solar panel cleaning which was a nominal amount. It worked out to about $5 a panel which is more than a fair price. JCA sent Julio and the Blue Team to our house. They arrived on-time and communicated every step of the way. The team of 8 cleaners did an amazing job. Everything came out spotless. It was truly 5 star work and service. I highly recommend JCA and will use them again. They are true professionals! Note: We previously used another high pressure house cleaning vendor we found on Yelp! and were very unhappy with the results. The house was clean but we had a few water leaks. What a wonderful experience I had with Julio and this company. Got a last minute appointment which was amazing. They cleaned my bi fold door that had plastic from the film that came on the windows from when we purchased the door. We waited to long to remove the protective film and it got baked by the sun into the glass. Julio came and WOW made that glass sparkle! Julio runs a good team, they had booties that they wore around the house when they entered. They cleaned all the windows in my house (my house has a ridiculous amount of windows from the outside to the inside with all glass railings) and everything was squeaky clean! My husband came home from work and said the place looked awesome!! Our house is a new construction so the stickers and the protective film on the windows from the manufacturer were still on and the crew meticulously removed every single one and than removed the residue from the film as well. They're very detailed , professional and prompt!! (They showed up at 8am ready to work and got done shortly after 3pm). I can't wait to have people over this weekend! They're hands down, will be my go to for all windows and glass cleaning moving forward! I'm a fan and will be referring them to anyone who needs their windows washed! I've gotten a few quotes and JCA is VERY competitive! The owner came out and looked at my house , counted all the windows and gave me quote immediately and followed up with a written proposal by the end of the end. Absolutely the most honest and reliable company I've had the pleasure to do business with. Scheduled them to do rain gutter cleaning at our 6 unit townhouse complex. Julio and his crew arrived on time and immediately explained that he didn't think the cleaning was necessary because there are no trees hanging over the roof area. Whole house 2-story 2000SqFt+ with those thin multi-pane windows throughout, inside/outside plus screens and tracks in 90 minutes with 3 man crew. These guys were amazing!! It looks fantastic and I cannot believe I waited so long to have beautiful clean windows.
