I live in San Diego, and Angel took the time to explain everything to me over FaceTime and even checked on an issue with water collecting inside the garage (which is why I needed gutters in the first place). I'll admit I wasn't the easiest customer to work with, and Angel and his team were patient, reasonable, and incredibly helpful throughout. He also worked around my schedule over the holidays and worked hard to install everything before a tenant moved into my house. Couldn't recommend them more. We had a little hiccup with my front gutter - I didn't realize the holes from our balcony drains would be visible and had some discussion about this on the day of the install. After install I was bummed at the holes making our project look unfinished but Angel offered a solution and sent some guys out to install a shield to block them from view. I had questions/concerns on the shield seams (I am a VERY picky client and this is the front of our house). After a few texts back and forth, Angel called to explain the machine limitations and how this particular product is made which I appreciated. The work itself is quality - it's really nice when you can tell professionals enjoy their job and take pride in it. They also recommended some rain chains for our project which ended up being a standout decorative feature of our backyard.
