I had previously used Falcon (I believe Tanner came out) and was pleased with their service. This time Tamas came to the house with a second workman. I found him to be sarcastic and had a poor work ethic. He rang the doorbell when he arrived, I was surprised to open the door and find him eating his breakfast! He could not clean what he identified "as adhesive" on the window (I removed it with windex and scraping). They cleaned the screens in place which left a fine dust in the window tracks. I asked for the tracks to be cleaned, he used water and a sponge which left a muddy mess in the corners. I would not want Tamas to do my windows again. read more

I almost forgot we had an ocean view! When our windows reached an opaque state of salt and dirt coverage, it was time to call a few window washers for quotes, including Tanner. Tanner's quote was not only the best (and super reasonable), his estimate of time-to-clean would end up being spot on. The results are fantastic - really, really great! He, along with his assistant were super fast and incredibly thorough - sky lights, scrubbed screens, window wells frames and sides. I have no idea how he got to some of the most hard-to-reach windows and the individual window slots required patience - again, all in a very timely manner. Really couldn't be happier. Disappointed with the level of service last time I had Tanner's crew here to clean my windows. I've had Tanner here cleaning since the beginning of his career as a window washer. This time his crew showed up late and besides doing a mediocre job on cleaning my windows I noticed I had shoe imprints all over my bed from where his crew members walked across my bed to reach a window. If only Falcon Window Washing did more than window washing -- actually, they did a great job pressure washing my driveway and hardscaping, as well as cleaning my windows, and I wish I could hire them for everything that needs to be done at my home! Tanner quoted a very fair price and was extremely flexible when scheduling. He was even able to move my appointment by a day when my plans changed unexpectedly the week before. Four guys showed up on time (and dressed in matching Falcon t-shirts) the morning of the appointment and got right to work. They were quiet, polite, and efficient, and sweet to my anxious little dog. He was the only company that answered our calls bright and early Saturday morning when we moved to a new place and he came out that morning to give an estimate.
