We obtained four quotes from reputable licensed, insured, and bonded gutter companies. It is increasingly rare to find service professionals who are honest, transparent, hardworking, and take pride in their craftsmanship. We chose to go with Supreme Seamless with David Lugo Smith. From the start, David was great with communication via text message and very accommodating. When he came to the house he clearly explained our options for styles of gutters and leaf screens, and how he would direct the water away from our foundation. This was a two-day project which involved removing the gutters one day, waiting several weeks while the house was painted, and installing the new gutters on a second day. It was complicated by the fact that the old gutters were installed under a layer of old concrete tile, that was under the terracotta tile. The old gutters had to be cut off to avoid damaging the tile roof. Some of the other gutter companies declined to do the removal. David and Team showed up on time each morning. They kept everything clean and tidy at the end of every shift. They had to navigate a tricky tile roofline. Throughout the two days, they demonstrated excellent attention to detail. I am a bit (a lot) of a perfectionist, almost to a fault - I was constantly inspecting the work, trying to find something to complain about. I couldn't find anything but diligent, professional, meticulous work from a friendly, polite, hard-working, and courteous crew. I can't say enough about the work they did. I don't normally write reviews but I had such an amazing experience with David and his company that it must be shared! Please don't hesitate a minute and hire David! I really did my research and got 8 quotes for my rain gutters. David was the 8th and last person I received a quote from. I'm so glad I waited for his quote! My rain gutter job was very tricky because I have zero property line where the gutters were to be installed. My neighbor on that side has tree trunks literally 2 to 3 inches away from my roof. I couldn't cut into her trees more to trim any further to fit the regular size gutters on my roof but David took one look at those trees and said "I know how to do this! I've done something similar before." He's absolutely a genius at what he does. He produced the pieces and custom fitted my gutters on site so that they narrow where the tree trunks are but are connected to the regular size gutters for the rest of the roofline. He did a custom designed and seamless job. Boom! Problem solved! He also solved a problem between my existing copper gutters and the new aluminum gutters to avoid them being in direct contact with each other as to avoid corrosion later on. His is already a gem with his professionalism and punctuality and to top it all off, his quote was the lowest! I have found my forever rain gutter company and would recommend to everyone I know.
