Our gutter is extremely old and it was rusting in the inside and rain was dripping through it. We were looking for a gutter company with good reviews but a lot of them have good reviews. We were looking for honest, detailed, and not too pricey company. Had made couple appointments for estimates and scheduled some which have to wait for about two weeks just for appointments. Drizzle Raingutter stood out because he text right back and only needed couple info from me. I was able to get an estimate the same day I text him. Communication was easy and simple. I sent couple pictures and videos. Boom! He gave me an estimate without having to wait two weeks. So I ended up canceling the other companies. I know the price was competitve cause my neighbor had recently got couple estimates. I need a good and careful installation with fair price. I liked and respect the way Michael communicated and provided all the info over text. I asked him to schedule me in, tho I've never met him but his communication and estimate helped the decision. Drizzle rain gutter has lots of good reviews as well but Michael was also techie and able to shorten the time with scheduling estimate, then make appointments. All those back and forth scheduling for estimates just take too much time with others. I was so glad I went Drizzle raingutter. Our appointment was early morning and they came 2 minutes early. He didn't forget about us or anything even when they're busy when the time got closer to our appointment. He didn't up charge me more after, that being said, I was able to provide accurate info ahead of time. It took couple hours which is nice cause they didn't rush just to go to their next appointment. They did a thorough and detailed job. I was worried a bit cause not like I get new gutters every year. After this experience, Drizzle rain gutter is definitely who I would recommend to my family and friends. My neighbors were all curious and wanted his contact and asking him for estimates. It wasn't just a simple take out the old and slab on a new one. Michael was experienced and knew the little details for certain areas and certain angles and etc. They're friendly, also fluent English and experienced. I had mentioned about the things to look out for which are the plants, lights and stuff that I didn't want to end up breaking. And they did exactly that, they were careful with the things around where they had to put ladder and stuff. Cleaned up after, left with no mess and took away the old gutter. Didn't see any screws, nails, or any materials on the ground. The gutter and the installation is perfect! It was better than I expected. I called them up on Wednesday and told them I needed my gutters fixed as soon as possible. They told me they would be able to come by Friday morning however, on Thursday they told me they would not be able to make it Friday and asked if it would be possible to reschedule Monday morning 7am. I told them that's fine. I sent pics of the gutters and the damage and they stated they'd have to replace the entire gutter (since it was one piece). They charged me $300 to replace about 50 feet worth of gutters. Two guys came by at 7am they were done by 8:15am. They were able to perfectly match the existing gutters that were already on the building. The other gutter places I called were booked for 1 to 2 weeks, so if you need something fast these guys are probably your best bet. Also worth noting, Drizzle quoted me from seeing pics whereas other places just quoted me a per foot labor rate. Michael is the hidden gem in San Gabriel for gutter installations, cleaning, and repairs. He's responsive, punctual, and very competitively priced. For one of my jobs, he helped me clean existing rain gutters and also replaced some of my rain gutters at my home. If the rope slopes in a funny way, he will do what he can to make it look nice. Another rain gutter company would just force the gutter to line up with the roof and of course you lose that slope you need for the water to come out. With the slope gone, water pools in the middle and the gutter detaches itself from the roof due to its weight, which led to the second job. For the second job, Michael helped me reattach the rain gutter and also made sure it had it sloped toward the downspout for the gutter to come out. He even scraped away all of the caked dirt that had collected inside of it, which wasn't in scope of my request - I just needed it reattached. I remember when he left that first time, I was so pleased with him that I asked him what other skills he had because I would've loved to hire him for other projects that I might need to have taken care of. Initially response was slow but found out texting is better. I sent some picture over and he gave a me a quote and I found it to be reasonable. He work with my schedule since I was getting other stuff done. He sent me message in regard to when he would be coming and was able to agree on time. He was there promptly and without issue. The install was quick and he has a machine in the van that bend the gutter according to his needs. He was clean but couldn't test the gutter due to sealant needed to be cure. He worked with us on the price when we realized we needed a bit more work done than originally planned.
