I called them up on Wednesday and told them I needed my gutters fixed as soon as possible. They told me they would be able to come by Friday morning however, on Thursday they told me they would not be able to make it Friday and asked if it would be possible to reschedule Monday morning 7am. I told them that's fine. I sent pics of the gutters and the damage and they stated they'd have to replace the entire gutter (since it was one piece). They charged me $300 to replace about 50 feet worth of gutters. Two guys came by at 7am they were done by 8:15am. They were able to perfectly match the existing gutters that were already on the building. The other gutter places I called were booked for 1 to 2 weeks, so if you need something fast these guys are probably your best bet. Also worth noting, Drizzle quoted me from seeing pics whereas other places just quoted me a per foot labor rate. Michael is the hidden gem in San Gabriel for gutter installations, cleaning, and repairs. He's responsive, punctual, and very competitively priced. For one of my jobs, he helped me clean existing rain gutters and also replaced some of my rain gutters at my home. If the rope slopes in a funny way, he will do what he can to make it look nice. Another rain gutter company would just force the gutter to line up with the roof and of course you lose that slope you need for the water to come out. With the slope gone, water pools in the middle and the gutter detaches itself from the roof due to its weight, which led to the second job. For the second job, Michael helped me reattach the rain gutter and also made sure it had it sloped toward the downspout for the gutter to come out. He even scraped away all of the caked dirt that had collected inside of it, which wasn't in scope of my request - I just needed it reattached. I remember when he left that first time, I was so pleased with him that I asked him what other skills he had because I would've loved to hire him for other projects that I might need to have taken care of. Initially response was slow but found out texting is better. I sent some picture over and he gave a me a quote and I found it to be reasonable. He work with my schedule since I was getting other stuff done. He sent me message in regard to when he would be coming and was able to agree on time. He was there promptly and without issue. We found Michael on Craigslist and he was able to come to our house within a day. He was prompt, friendly, very professional, and did a fantastic job! He worked with us on the price when we realized we needed a bit more work done than originally planned.
