I recommend this company. It was a pleasure working with Tony and his team. The quote was reasonable; they arrived on time and tested the gutters before leaving. I will likely update my review after the winter rains, which are likely to be severe. read more

I had to replace a 10ft section of gutter so I could add a rain chain. But it required an unusual extension, so it could empty over the garden, and away from the porch stairs, which required a strange unsupported L-shaped section to protrude from the wall. But rain chains are heavy and aluminum gutters are flexible, so when another installer attempted this, it drooped. Luckily I called Waterflow. They quoted an excellent price. His availability was 3 weeks out, but I didn't mind waiting. He stopped by a week before to show me color swatches and take measurements . When they came they installed it in under an hour. They easily figured out how to support the rain chain invisibly from within the gutter, using a metal strap that bound it to the roofline. It looks great! Note that if you are getting a quote through the Yelp app, he might be slow to respond during busy times. I had a few messages that he had read, but not replied to for a few days, but I kept pinging him, and he eventually replied. I'm glad I didn't move on to the next quote, it was worth it. read more

Need to install rain gutters? Just call Tony and his crew. These guys are top-notch. Everything from the first call to the wrap-up, they are professional, no-nonsense, and extremely competitive with their pricing. I have a small pergola in my backyard that needed rain gutters. Went out and got the usual 4 quotes from Yelp. Tony's business beat them all out price-wise by far. That and their perfect reviews made this choice easy. I will note that it took a few weeks to get them scheduled only because they are pretty busy. But it was worth the wait. Tony and his crew came in and left maybe an hour later. Super clean, seamless installation. Excellent job all around! read more

I received a good qoute from them for 1850 for the house and 185 for my patio. Tony was really through and reasonable with the price. He came on time at 8am and was done installing the rain gutters with his team by 12pm. He will thoroughly test all the gutters to ensure no leaks. Tony came out to give me an estimate for removing the old gutters and installing new ones. He was on time, very friendly, and easy to talk to. His price was reasonable, and I mentioned that I wanted the fascia boards painted before the new gutters went up. Tony was so kind and accommodating--he said he'd ask his worker if he was willing to do the painting, even though they're not painters. I really appreciated his professionalism. One of his workers came by to remove the old gutters and paint the fascia boards, and then they returned the following week to install the new gutters. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything thoroughly. The gutters look beautiful--I'll get to see how well they perform once the rain comes. Thanks again to Tony and his team! read more

Very happy with their work, I would highly recommend. Communicated well. Would use again.

Tony and his guys installed gutters on my house over a year ago, but I wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserve. From the initial request for a quote to completion of the job, Tony was responsive and communicative. His quote was competitive, and he was no frills, direct, and honest. I only had one somewhat functioning gutter near my front door before Tony and his guys came by. They put up a beautiful array of black seamless gutters that complemented my midnight black roof. It really changed the look of my house for the better and I recommend these guys wholeheartedly! read more

This guy shows pictures of rain gutters in his ad but said he wouldn't do the one I wanted from the photo. I switched to another style based on his reply and never heard back. Good luck with this guy! read more

I had new raingutters installed this week by Waterflow Seamless Raingutters. Tony and his crew arrived on time and completed the installation in under two hours. They had to remove two eyebolts for the patio sunshade that were in the way, and I just assumed I'd need to reinstall these myself later. I was SO pleased to see Tony's crew quickly replace these connections and rehang my sunshade. They did a fabulous job and the shade is taut and perfectly positioned. I couldn't be happier with my new gutters and highly recommend Waterflow Seamless Raingutters! Thanks, Tony! Job well done! read more

This is my second time using Tony's company. For the first time was for a house we had in Pasadena that had no rain gutters. He's great at communicating and letting you know his timeline from everything to the first visit to installation. His pricing has always seemed very reasonable. read more

Wanted to add some gutters to parts of my house that (for whatever reason) didn't already have them. Called and they responded VERY quickly. Pros: - Professional - Prompt - Work looks great Cons: - A little pricey - Crew left hardware (screws) and a couple tools behind on the ground I recommend these guys. The workmanship makes up for the price and debris left behind. The crew was very professional and polite. read more

Most of the time, Tony does nice work. I do landscaping and have worked with him a few times and referred him many times. If you hire him, you will want to be sure to check on the work fairly often. If he charges ahead with something hair-brained or damaging, you will encounter serious resistance trying to get him to take responsibility for the costs of repairing the problems he created. In my project, he cut up deck boards and hand railing, instead of thinking ahead about where the downspouts should go. It's hard to uncut wood. And he didn't attach two downspouts to the posts with a band. He tried to caulk them into the gouged wood. That didn't hold for even a day. Now, they just blow around, tweaking the connection with the gutter. The cost of replacing this will be nearly half the cost of his invoice. His best offer was a 50/50 split, because, in his words, I didn't mention anything when he left the day of doing the work. If you hire him, there's a good chance you'll be happy with the work. If you're not, it'll be infuriating having him hold you responsible for his damages. read more

I highly recommend Tony Martinez and his company doing business as Waterflow Seamless Raingutters. I reached out to three raingutter firms in the San Gabriel Valley for quotes for our single story residence in Pasadena after doing extensive online research. Two were operator owned and one was a corporation with a dedicated sales team. The corporation's quote came in seven hundred dollars higher and was not chosen. Tony was responsive and patient. Everything that happened was exactly how Tony laid it out - no surprises. Tony left color matching samples which were very helpful for my wife and me to validate our choice of colors for the raingutters and down spouts. The reason I call this out is that Tony immediately knew which colors we needed by only glancing at our house, but we did not know and wanted to take some time to make sure we had it correct. Again, I appreciate that Tony was patient and did not pressure us to make quick decisions. When the installation was winding down and the crew was cleaning up Tony suggested I take a look around to make sure everything was as expected, which I did. Upon completion, Tony presented the invoice and I was pleased to see it was the same copy (with the exact same numbers) I received as part of my quote (again no surprises) and he flipped over to the back and he pointed out the five (5) year guarantee, which was very comforting because the installation day was sunny and no rain. I assume the raingutters work great, but I will not know for sure until it rains. read more

Thoroughly impressed with the way Tony runs his business. I just had much needed rain gutters installed on my house and I'm glad everything went smoothly. He was on time with the estimate and on installation day. Tony is a humble guy who takes his time explaining the installation process. It is currently raining as I am writing this review and I am not bothered by gushing rain hitting my living room windows. I definitely recommend Tony for your rain gutter needs. read more

Waterflow was recommended to me by Lansford Roofing. Tony came out on a day that was convenient to me. We walked the property together; he made recommendations and answered all of my questions (not like I've ever had rain gutters installed!). There was a cancellation on his schedule, so he was able to fit me in earlier than schedule. As it turns out, another storm moved in on installation day but it didn't stop the team. They worked through another downpour. My beautiful and most efficient rain gutters couldn't have arrived at a better time. My thanks to Tony and his crew. Everything was great! read more

Tony and crew installed our gutters end of January, and they worked perfectly during the recent rain! Tony was easy to work with and responsive. Came out around Thanksgiving to give us a quote, and was honest about their backlog, that it probably would be mid-December before he could install; totally understandable this time of year. Our house never had gutters so a few more weeks wait wasn't a huge deal. Scheduled install right before Christmas but weather and holidays pushed it out to January. Tony texted a few days before install to confirm, then again the day before to ask if the crew could start a little earlier (sure!). They showed up on time, and Tony confirmed placement. They were done in less than 3 hours! Granted we only needed 100 linear feet of gutters but they didn't play around. After, Tony had me look at everything and answered all my questions. And the price was very, very reasonable! Had other quotes, one slightly cheaper, but we really appreciated Tony's professionalism and service. Highly recommend! read more
