I hired this company to install rain gutters on my building, but unfortunately, the communication…read morewas poor from the beginning. When I met the vendor at the property, I was told I would receive daily updates and photos at the end of each workday. However, I received no updates unless I specifically requested them, and my questions often went unanswered until I contacted the company directly. At the time of final payment, I felt the owner's tone was unnecessarily confrontational when he said I had not submitted payment quickly enough. I did not appreciate how the situation was handled. He also stated that providing customers with photos was not something the company normally does, even though I had specifically been promised regular photo updates. Based on the lack of communication and my overall customer-service experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this vendor.

Johnny thought cleaning and repair would be a better use of the money and that my gutters were in decent enough shape overall. He even referred me to someone else for cleaning instead of keeping everything in house. No scare tactics, no inflated list of problems, no upsell. Just a clear read on my gutters and what he would do if it was his home. Really appreciate it, we will see how this winter goes, First chance I get I will come back to Rain Gutter Specialists and refer others. Felt rare enough that I wanted to say something. If you want an honest opinion, call these guys.

We were looking for honest, detailed, and not too pricey company. Had made couple appointments for estimates and scheduled some which have to wait for about two weeks just for appointments. Drizzle Raingutter stood out because he text right back and only needed couple info from me. I was able to get an estimate the same day I text him. Communication was easy and simple. I sent couple pictures and videos. Boom! He gave me an estimate without having to wait two weeks. So I ended up canceling the other companies. I know the price was competitve cause my neighbor had recently got couple estimates. I need a good and careful installation with fair price. I liked and respect the way Michael communicated and provided all the info over text. I asked him to schedule me in, tho I've never met him but his communication and estimate helped the decision. Drizzle rain gutter has lots of good reviews as well but Michael was also techie and able to shorten the time with scheduling estimate, then make appointments. All those back and forth scheduling for estimates just take too much time with others. I was so glad I went Drizzle raingutter. Our appointment was early morning and they came 2 minutes early. He didn't forget about us or anything even when they're busy when the time got closer to our appointment. He didn't up charge me more after, that being said, I was able to provide accurate info ahead of time. It took couple hours which is nice cause they didn't rush just to go to their next appointment. They did a thorough and detailed job. I was worried a bit cause not like I get new gutters every year. After this experience, Drizzle rain gutter is definitely who I would recommend to my family and friends. My neighbors were all curious and wanted his contact and asking him for estimates. It wasn't just a simple take out the old and slab on a new one. Michael was experienced and knew the little details for certain areas and certain angles and etc. They're friendly, also fluent English and experienced. I had mentioned about the things to look out for which are the plants, lights and stuff that I didn't want to end up breaking. And they did exactly that, they were careful with the things around where they had to put ladder and stuff. Cleaned up after, left with no mess and took away the old gutter. Didn't see any screws, nails, or any materials on the ground. The gutter and the installation is perfect! It was better than I expected. And comparison with my neighbors estimates (we have same layout). Drizzle rain gutter, Michael had the most competive price. I really have to say it again, awesome awesome job!

Granted that his company specializes in the gutter work, I'd rather pay up a little to get the problem fixed properly. Since I have a sail shade next to the gutter, the hardware creates some friction to the old gutter. Israel nicely put in a metal patch, protecting the new gutter. After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect. I can tell even my project is considered a small project to them, they took their time and installed the gutter professionally and paid attention to small details. I admire that type of professionalism. If I have other gutters that need to be replaced in the future, I will sure reach out to A Plus Gutter Systems.
