They addressed each of our concerns--the bird spikes are placed as you'd expect, the mesh was tightened up, and they did a thorough job in ensuring the birds won't return. To recap--from day one, I would highly recommend West Coast Washers for their work in solar panel/roof cleaning, they did an excellent job from the beginning. While not their primary line of business, although it took a few iterations and some stress on both sides, they ultimately did a good job for us with bird proofing our solar panel arrays from some really persistent birds. Ten out of five stars! Joey came to clean the gutters on very short notice before a big storm. He was super communicative beforehand to make sure he had the right equipment, then came promptly at 11:30 and left at past 5! He did such a great job: he was extremely friendly and professional, took photos of his work, and even trimmed back some tree branches that were dropping leaves onto my roof AND installed some extra netting to catch them, totally on his own without my suggesting it! I'm told they also do great work on solar panels cleaning. They responded quickly and clearly to all my forms of communication (email, text, phone). They worked around my schedule and timing needs. Most importantly, they followed through with what was promised, as quoted. I never felt pressured or pushed into something that wasn't needed. Rather, they made helpful suggestions to help me guide my choices. Our building is 2 story on one side that grows to 3 on the hill side. All the work was done safely from the roof with extension arms. They pulled out so much it's a surprise to see water drain properly again. West Coast Washers did a great job cleaning our gutters for a 7 unit townhome complex. They responded back quickly and came by the property to evaluate the job and give an estimate. They gave a reasonable estimate/price for the cleaning and were able to schedule the job promptly. They were also able to install gutter protectors to prevent the large buildup that happens on one side of the complex given it is under several pine trees. Prior to the job he took pictures of the gutters and after he repeated the pictures post cleaning. They finished the job in the time he estimated and did a great job.
