Class systems Quickbooks has Marissa's email excel file Sept 2 10: These guys are all-stars. I've had the house power washed before but never came out this clean and with the attention to detail. They took their time and attacked all the areas, even hard to reach spots. They thoughtfully used the right chemicals to break down spots as needed. I have a stucco home so they recommended and did a soft wash. Plus nailed the balconies. I'm sure they spent a lot more time than they expected but was much appreciated. On the sales side was honest, no upsells when they came out, honored the pricing, rarer than you think. Fair pricing for the time. Was a crew of 3 on a 2 story home. Impressed, will hire again. read more

Austin and his partner scheduled a time to come by to review the concerns I raised after the birds nesting under our solar panels returned. They addressed each of our concerns--the bird spikes are placed as you'd expect, the mesh was tightened up, and they did a thorough job in ensuring the birds won't return. To recap--from day one, I would highly recommend West Coast Washers for their work in solar panel/roof cleaning, they did an excellent job from the beginning. While not their primary line of business, although it took a few iterations and some stress on both sides, they ultimately did a good job for us with bird proofing our solar panel arrays from some really persistent birds. Thank you to the team, we greatly appreciate your help in cleaning and securing our solar panel setup. read more

Ten out of five stars! Joey came to clean the gutters on very short notice before a big storm. He was super communicative beforehand to make sure he had the right equipment, then came promptly at 11:30 and left at past 5! He did such a great job: he was extremely friendly and professional, took photos of his work, and even trimmed back some tree branches that were dropping leaves onto my roof AND installed some extra netting to catch them, totally on his own without my suggesting it! It was the definition of going the extra mile. It was such a great value and all-around experience. West Coast Washers is my new go-to home exterior care service of choice! read more

Fabulous Gutter gunk removal. I am so grateful to these guys. No more ladders (or worries) for dad & grandpa - thank you so much Ideal for gutter cleaning & pressure washing maintenance. I'm told they also do great work on solar panels cleaning. They responded quickly and clearly to all my forms of communication (email, text, phone). They worked around my schedule and timing needs. Most importantly, they followed through with what was promised, as quoted. I never felt pressured or pushed into something that wasn't needed. Rather, they made helpful suggestions to help me guide my choices. Our building is 2 story on one side that grows to 3 on the hill side. All the work was done safely from the roof with extension arms. They pulled out so much it's a surprise to see water drain properly again. I could see their services being extremely helpful for offsite homeowners or property mangers who need to ensure yearly maintenance is accomplished. Can't thank you enough, P.s. only have the before photo of one of many birds nests that filled our drain but it's sparkling clean now read more

I last minute thought of having our house and windows cleaned the week of 4th of July before our pool party. West Coast Washers was able to make it happen the next day! I received a quote over the phone and a call later that day to confirm the time. The crew (Joey and Joseph) were on time, friendly, and thorough. When we had small pieces of feedback during a walkthrough, they were very understanding and worked on it. I've never had our house professionally cleaned before and I'm thrilled with the result! read more

West Coast Washers did a great job cleaning our gutters for a 7 unit townhome complex. They responded back quickly and came by the property to evaluate the job and give an estimate. They gave a reasonable estimate/price for the cleaning and were able to schedule the job promptly. They were also able to install gutter protectors to prevent the large buildup that happens on one side of the complex given it is under several pine trees. Prior to the job he took pictures of the gutters and after he repeated the pictures post cleaning. They finished the job in the time he estimated and did a great job. We were very happy with their with their service. read more
