Did gutters and window cleaning. Great guys, honest, easy to deal with. You may find slightly lower pricing, but they are very competitive so you're unlikely to save much, and here you get assured quality. Key plus points: (1) inspection and quote for free, and mandatory before giving a price to protect both sides; (2) neat, tidy, clean (even removing shoes before coming inside); (3) able to adapt and get it done even if a window doesn't cooperate; (4) small business, locally owned; (5) they do all their own work, no sub-vendors; (6) showed up ON TIME; (7) no upsells, no surprise charges. Minus points: (1) a little slow to respond to emails or calls, but not bad; (2) scheduling can be hard because they do all their own work as a two man team... so you have to wait for a slot, but cf #5 above, as I view this as a good problem to avoid subs. It's been at least 2 years since we had our gutters cleaned and the previous company that did it was just ok. When I read the reviews for Brandon and found out he worked for himself AND carried insurance I called him. He was in jury duty but since it was no rush I told him to call me when it was convenient. A few days later, he faithfully called, we set a time and he came over. His quote for the gutter cleaning was fair and he had time so we went ahead and had him do it. At the end of the job he actually discounted the price because it took less time that he expected. Wow! He is now my guy for sure! These guys are super nice, tidy, and very brave on their ladders. They came out and weren't put off by my gutters with 10 years of crud in them. They worked hard to make sure my drains were working. I thought their price was very fair, as well. I called Brandyn over the weekend with a question about part of the job. I don't leave many reviews, good or bad, but I love to give credit where credit is due!! Brandyn and his brother were an absolutely pleasure to work with, from start to finish! They came out quickly to give me a quote, assured me that the work would be professional and to a high standard...and they were right! I live in a very large newer house with TONS of windows. They're not your typical windows and not your typical size. I have so many windows the alarm co. said it the most they've ever seen in a house. Additionally, my house is white white white! I am super anal when it comes to the cleanliness of my walls...and I was worried my walls would get dirty b/c cleaning windows and removing screens is no easy or clean task! Needless to say...my mind was blows...and Brandy and his brother FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. My father was onsite the entire time, and he was impressed by their work as well...from start to finish. They cleaned up and left no trace that they were there! The windows were sparking clean, the screens were spotless...and no scratches on my walls! They went above and beyond and even cleaned certain exterior parts of my house out of the goodness of their hearts! Great job - very pleased with the results. After recently switching to a new homeowners insurance carrier, it was recommended that we have the roof cleared of debris. When I looked at the roof (from the ground level), I noticed a lot of debris in the gutters and even stuff growing out of them! I searched around for a gutter cleaning company, and found this company through an ad on Yelp. I called and set an appointment for an estimate and possible work done on the same day if I agreed to the estimate. Brandyn arrived and gave me a fair-sounding estimate (other companies would not even be willing to give an estimate on site), so I agreed and he began work right away. About 4 hours later, everything was all done - not only did he fill up our 2 extra large green waste bins (90 gallons I believe is the size), but he filled up 5 additional trash bags as well. It was worth the amount I spent, and I'm glad I didn't try to do the work myself (which I decided not to because of the risk of falling and not having a tall ladder, etc.). I found out he is the owner of the business, and he did a great job. If you need gutter cleaning done, he's your man - we were charged a reasonable price for a thorough job. I will definitely use him again without hesitation, because we have a neighbor's tree that keeps shedding pine needles, and I know we will need his services again. read more
