He was courteous and professional and provided a written estimate after discussing my concerns and color options. I compared his estimate to other providers who were either astronomically high or did not feel professional. The installation was swift and included repair work on a gutter that was installed prior to my ownership of the house. I am pleased with the outcome both in appearance and professional demeanor of Oscar and his co-worker. I recommend J.R. & Sons Rain Gutters for your needs.

Johnny thought cleaning and repair would be a better use of the money and that my gutters were in decent enough shape overall. He even referred me to someone else for cleaning instead of keeping everything in house. No scare tactics, no inflated list of problems, no upsell. Just a clear read on my gutters and what he would do if it was his home. Really appreciate it, we will see how this winter goes, First chance I get I will come back to Rain Gutter Specialists and refer others. Felt rare enough that I wanted to say something. I didn't want to delay the job because during one short rainstorm, water was flowing off the roof & getting under a door into the den. After getting some ridiculous estimates (including one from my roofer), I contacted Rain Gutter Pros. Within a few minutes of meeting their representative the next day, I knew I was dealing with an honest professional who had extensive knowledge & experience, so I didn't need to look any further. He provided me with their licensing & insurance information, even though I had already verified it online. The job was completed in half a day & the cost was reasonable. This is how every business should be run. I highly recommend them, and if your read some of my other reviews, you'll see that I don't throw praise around lightly.

When I met the vendor at the property, I was told I would receive daily updates and photos at the end of each workday. However, I received no updates unless I specifically requested them, and my questions often went unanswered until I contacted the company directly. At the time of final payment, I felt the owner's tone was unnecessarily confrontational when he said I had not submitted payment quickly enough. I did not appreciate how the situation was handled. He also stated that providing customers with photos was not something the company normally does, even though I had specifically been promised regular photo updates. Based on the lack of communication and my overall customer-service experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this vendor.

We're in the middle of a major construction job, and with rain coming in, not having gutters installed would have meant flooding, damage, and weeks of costly delays. I called around and every other company told me the same thing -- "we can't get to you until March." Not exactly what you want to hear when rain is days away. A friend had highly recommended Jorge, so I gave him a call. After explaining the situation, he completely understood the urgency, rearranged his schedule, and came out within days. That alone impressed me -- but what really stood out was the execution. His crew showed up on time, were professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The gutters were fabricated on-site, perfectly seamless, and installed exactly how and where I wanted the downspouts placed. No shortcuts, no upselling, just clean, quality work done right the first time -- and all completed in just a few hours. In a world where it's hard to find contractors who communicate well and actually deliver when it matters most, Jorge and his team are the real deal. Professional, responsive, and truly five-star gold service. If you need rain gutters and want it done right, stop looking and call them.

Well, 10 years later, I had some water damage to the fascia boards so I made sure to look for gutter guys to fix my problem after I had the fascia boards replaced. I got a few quotes on yelp. JM Cutters & clean came by took a look and agreed with me that most of my gutters were in good shape other than a few corners that needed to be replaced.
