He is really looking out for the home owner's best interest. One example was that I had another handyman come repair a brick wall at the time Johnny was there. Johnny is the owner of All Clear Raingutter and came to our house on short notice. We had clogged downspouts and overflowing gutters in many places that had not been cleared in years. Johnny worked tirelessly during the day. In one of our front downspouts, he had to remove what looked like a 20 foot morning glory vine that was growing into the pipes even though it been cut down many years ago. After looking here (yelp) and at local FB groups reccs, Johnny was one of the few I called to service my gutters. I had 1 no-call and another who called and was a no-show (stuff happens, no biggie). Johnny shared given the very busy nature of gutter cleaning/servicing after the rains that he was massively backlogged but would make all efforts to get to me when the rain cleared. fast forward to Monday (after the rains stopped) Johnny showed up and spent 3-4 hours cleaning all of my gutters (15ft-25ft high) as well as troubleshot an issue with some underground drain piping that would have likely cost several hundred if not thousand more. In addition, he found a piece of pvc pipe, an empty Coca Cola bottle and 3 cracked tiles.
