I had an issue with my roof and when the roofing company that installed it came out, they told me that the install was correct and that the issue was with the gutter not extending close enough to the house, and not the roof. I contacted 805 Gutters and Brad Facetimed with me to take a look at the problem. He told me that there was nothing wrong with my gutter and that it was absolutely an issue with my roof. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone and was so kind and professional, I felt bad that I didn't need his services. I am changing my review. Brad the owner came out personally and remedied the problems I outlined in my previous review. He cleaned all my gutters again, this time using water and cleaned out each individual downspout, two of which did have debris still in them. We have some damaged copper gutters and he offered to look into finding someone who can fix them for us. Brad was very apologetic about what happened and made it clear that he would speak to his employees about it. Sometimes crews just have crappy days, it's unfortunate. But consumers need to get what they pay for and should always vocalize the problems when they don't. I appreciate Brad coming out and making it right. read more

Great work with two re-pitches, multiple seam repairs, a gutter reattachment, and massive cleaning of mud deposits. At first, I was concerned with 805 bidding mostly by the hour, but Armond and Don worked hard and did not waste time. They paused only to invite my inspection or to give me options and explanations in response to my questions about unforeseen issues, such as rusting out areas, which they showed me will become a problem later but could be temporarily addressed. They were also a great team. When Armond shouted down to Don, "I'm out of caulk!" Don hustled to the truck and tossed a new tube up to the second story so perfectly on the first try, the tube reached its apex at exactly Armond's chest, so he could stay perfectly still and just put out his hand, as if the tube was materializing out of a Star Trek transporter. I saw that happen twice. My only complaint about 805 was scheduling. It took weeks to set a date, then they came a day early for one hour while out on another call, then did not come on the originally scheduled Friday, then they came back on Monday without scheduling. read more
