Jaco from Free Flow Raingutter is absolutely amazing. One of my gutter downspouts had torn away from the house in all the recent wind storms so I called a handyman to come out and do the quick repair. Well, to my surprise, he said it would be $850 because he had to climb onto the second story of the house to get to the gutter. I was shocked and luckily an office friend of my husband's heard the story and immediately recommended Jaco and Free Flow Rain Gutters. We called him yesterday morning and within two hours, he was at our house. It took him literally 10 minutes to repair the gutter. He reattached it to the house, re-strapped it, and recaulked it and did amazing work. And his pricing was completely fair and reasonable. Just had some recent repairs to our house, including fascia boards, which required taking down our (very) old gutters. This is the busy time of year for raingutter contractors, and Jaco was the only one out of 4 or 5 we contacted that was even giving estimates. I have also recommended him to others who have reported back to me with positive experiences. He is reasonably priced and will not skewer you even if he can. Amazing, a local very no nonsense small business that is reliable, priced reasonable and does a great job! The owner of Free Flow (Jaco) responded to my email request within a hour or so, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jaco and another showed up on time with everything they needed, surveyed the job, detailed the scope of the work (full cleaning and two repairs), quoted a price and got to work. Mike came out to give us an estimate, but he'll let me know that Jaco will be the one reassessing where and how the downspouts will look best and functional. Mike is not a salesman, Jaco will spend the time onsite installing and doing a great job than go out and give quotes. Jaco is normally very busy (he installs Gutters for 15 Lowes stores) so he gets back to me within 24 hours whereas other companies within a couple hours (but they have overheads like office, receptionist, sales person, advertising). Hence, his product and pricing is excellent - and he's more of a referral sort of guy rather than looking up on Yelp. Be patient and you won't be disappointed. read more
