I was fortunate to connect with Mark at "The Rain Drain" out of Camarillo, CA. Patience will pay off! Mark said he would come to our beachfront home and take the measurements and submit a proposal for copper rain gutters on the ocean side of our home. After a few days he came by, submitted a very competitive proposal, his company documents are all in order, and explained he was about 4 weeks out for scheduling our installation. I agreed to his terms and Mark and Matt arrived and competed the installation in about 4 hours. Would like the opportunity to give them my business, but their line has been Busy all week, calling at different hours, sending an email as their alternative way to "contact us", and have had no contact. If this is how they choose to turn down business if they are too busy, then I am not interested. We pulled down our old, damaged rain gutters when we gave our house a fresh coat of paint. For new rain gutters, everyone I asked told me to talk to Mark at The Rain Drain. Good reason! The gutters he and his crew installed look fantastic. In my 37 years, I have never had a crew come to my house that I was pleased with, until mark and his crew! it was different, Mark actually gave me a really good price. Very professional, especially after contacting numerous other company's and not even getting a call or any other response back. I was told right up front that they had a backlog, but they sent an estimator out who was both courteous and prompt. He gave me a quote that was reasonable, and exactly what I wanted. A few weeks later the owner Mark called me and we set the date for installation. Again, they showed up on time, the installers were easy to talk to and we went over the plan for what I wanted. I left it in their hands, and when I returned home from work that day, the new gutters and down-spouts where even better than I expected. I got 5 estimates for rain gutters for our 2000 sf home back in Fall of 2015. What stuck out from Mark at Rain Drain wasn't completely evident until the work nearly finished. His crew was meticulous in attention to detail. We hired several contractors over the last 4 years, everything from inside (plumbing, kitchen cabinets, woodworking) to outside (landscaping, fire pit, fire place, etc). Had an apt set up on a Friday so I took the day off to be home while the rain gutters were installed. They were over 30 minutes late and when they did arrive, they brought the wrong material. I asked if they could go pick up the correct material and come back to install. They said it was too far of a drive to Camarillo. (40 minute drive, one way). So They said they would have to reschedule. I asked for an apt the following day,(Saturday), and they were unable to accommodate So I canceled my order. Very unprofessional. read more

My previous gutter were so, so old, leaking and were crooked. The new gutters look so much better and they were able to make sure it ran straight as possible.
