The consultation window was for 2 hours, which was no problem. I'm old enough to have remembered the hours window of time waiting for the cable installers to show up. On the day of my consultation, Jose sent a message saying his father would take the measurements because he was very busy. Well, the 2-hour window passed, and no one showed up. I am very annoyed because I just spent hours waiting for people from a company to show up, but they never did. Then I started to get estimates for local and whole roof repair. I got 3 quotes from bigger, more established companies. Their quotes were all pretty close, high 20's-low 30's. As luck would have it, Angel Carrillo just knocked on my door. He saw the tarp on the roof and offered to give us a quote. And boy, am I glad he did. Angel showed me how they use a self-adhesive layment that is more expensive but much stronger and longer-lasting than what other companies go with. I checked them out online.
