Lionel did great work installing gutters on a small garage. I got a quick quote after giving some details and photos and put me on the schedule when I was ready to install. Install went well; old gutter removed and disposed, new gutters installed within a few hours. The new ones looked great, very clean look, much better than my old one. Drainage during a storm was very good, but needed a small adjustment afterwards. It took a couple weeks for him to get around to it but he did fix it in a few minutes and now it's perfect. I would recommend considering Gutter Flow for your project. I will be contacting him for a future gutter project when it's time to tackle it. His prices seemed fair, and while I could have done DIY on this small project, it would have taken me forever and not look nearly as good as Lionel's work. Lionel and his crew did a great job. We have had issues with our walk out basement being flooded. We added some ground drains and wanted to make sure gutters were positioned best to move water away from hill and house. When Lionel came out he listened and offered his expertise. Every step was a collaborative decision. His crew was very knowledgeable...and all wore masks. The worked quickly and measured as they went to make sure water would flow correctly. We were very happy with Gutter Flow. Lionel is such a sweet, good-hearted person and really knows his business when it comes to gutters. We had a couple of tricky areas that needed someone who could think outside the box. But getting a specific time for the cleaning was like pulling teeth - I had to reach out 3x's before I finally got a response of 'around 1:30'. The response was an apology and request to reschedule because of the rain. Any professional establishment would've contacted me ahead of time with a need to reschedule. I would not use Lionel and Gutter Flow. After getting an estimate and setting a date, things went south. I confirmed the date and for 9am for the job. Lionel texted me 3 days prior asking to move to 12pm instead. I replied and agreed but did not get a confirmation reply from him or a thank you for rescheduling. I reached back out the following day asking for a confirmation. He replied with a "yes". Then the day of, he texted me 15 minutes before he is supposed to arrive that he is finishing a job in Granada Hills and will be right over. Did not give a time. I asked for an eta and he said 1pm. 1pm came and went. He calls me at 1pm saying he is 45 minutes away and is on his way. At 2:20 he had still not arrived. I called him and ask where he was. He says he is sorry but he can't get there for another 35 minutes. So that makes it 3:05pm for an original 9am job that turned into 12pm. He lied numerous times to me saying he was on his way. He finally shows up at 3pm and tells me his other guy should already be here and doesn't know where he is. He goes outside to look for him and 10 minutes later texts me, from my driveway, " Sorry you are going to have to get someone else"! Didn't even have to professionalism to tell me to my face. He just bailed! I called him to ask what was going and he told me that he is sorry but his other guy is lost and can't do the job anymore. I wasted my entire Saturday because of him.
