Gutter flow was great all the way through the process. Lionel came out around our schedule and gave quote options for the work including a small amount of rotted fascia wood and rafter tails + paint that needed replacing with the new gutter install. No second company as he has someone on staff to do that work (convenient!). Then, he brought samples when we requested to see them to pick the best color and offered advice from his experience as well. I contacted several gutter repair and gutter cleaning companies and Lionel was the first to respond. When he showed up he fixed my broken gutter very quickly and with ease. Since it was a small but difficult fix he agreed to do the job for free. He is a hard worker and had a great attitude. Many people I called did not want to show up to do the work until the roof was totally dry but he was not concerned about it and did the repair right away. I recommend him and would hire him again.
