Sean was the only person out of the 4 gutter installers we contacted to actually come out to our house and look at the work we wanted done. He added a new gutter with downspout to the back of our garage and adjusted the existing gutter on the front of the house to make it flow better. He told use he was booked about 3 weeks out which was fine with us. He showed up about a half hour early and got right to work. We couldn't be happier with what he did. We had Sureflow Seamless Raingutters install our Raingutters a few year ago. At the time we were very pleased, however now that they are leaking in a couple of places it seems that they will not repair them! It states on their paperwork Lifetime Guarantee. Well apparently that's only the paint? The gentleman (owner) that I spoke to was rude! Saying he's very busy, and said he might consider coming over to take a look "out of the kindness in his heart" and NOT because he's obligated!!! He continued to say over and over that he's NOT obligated!!! It seems to me that companies are great when you have your checkbook or credit card out but when THEIR product or installation needs some repair they refuse to make good on their service!
