I had my roof replaced last year. During the winter rainy months, I continued to have water leak into my walls. I contacted the roofer several times. Each time he made some adjustment, but I continued to have the same problem. Last week I decided to just have another roofing company take a look at it and see if they could determine the problem. Once the job began, he showed up every morning on time (including Saturday!) and worked nearly nonstop the entire day. He consistently texted me photos of what he was working on, and took the time at the end of each day to give me an overview of what he'd done. Shane is a straight shooter and keeps his word. Our roof leaked during the heavy rain late December 2021 and he showed up to assess the roof despite being swamped with similar calls. The roof needed to be replaced and he ended up installing a little over 4,000sq/ft of shingle along with four skylights. He came in meaningfully below competitors on price and kept his word despite doing a fair amount of extra unexpected work. A few weeks later we wanted to install an exhaust fan but the bathroom ceiling was too shallow. Shane immediately sent Shaun (great guy and impressively hard worker) to cut out a spot for the fan and installed a large flashing. We had to wait a little bit for the materials and to get on Shane's schedule but it was fully worth the wait and the price. Highly recommend. read more

Shane and the team did a great job repairing the various roof leaks at our newly bought two story house in Ventura. He was able to identify more areas of leakage than other outfits that gave me quotes. This will help us avoid problems when the rainy season returns. They also painted facia boards on the roof that were replaced recently by the termite inspectors and gave us some advice on easy ways to get rid of interior ceiling stains. When they were finished, they took the time to use leaf blowers and blow all the leaves out of the rain gutters on the roof before they cleaned up.
