I wont mention their names. Kris showed up on time was nice courtious and prefessional. He was here for about 30 minutes and said he would run the numbers and give me a quote. VERY REASIONABLE QUOTE. I agreed to go with RAYCO ROOFING because he was very professional, reasonably priced and I TRUSTED him. He said it would be a 3 day job and true to his word it was completed in 3 days. The crew was very professional covered my pool so no debris got into my pool and surrounding areas. Each day the crew made sure the area was clean before they left. Rayco Roofing also replaced my gutters after the roof was installed and the gutter guy recommended a color that matched my roof perfectly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for being: HONEST TRUSTWORHTY PROFESSIONAL DOING GREAT WORK CLEANLINESS You dont find a company like this, these days, Also they have a great guarantee if anything is wrong they will comeback out and make it right. If you are looking for an honest roofer this is the company you NEED to call. Thank you A VERY SATISIFIED CUSTOMER. Thank you RAYCO ROOFING

I got WIDE range of quotes, one nearly double the cost over other 3, but I ultimately chose to go with Gates Roofing after speaking with the owner, Shane. Shane showed up right on time for our first appointment, studied our existing roof and underlayment and explained to me what I needed. He was straight forward with no frills, told me when he was available to work on my roof which was several months down the road but promised to get it done before the rain season, and gave me one of the best pricing among other 3 roofers. He has no sales team, no financing team - just him and his crew which I feel keeps his pricing low. He gave me a call right around the time he said he would be able to start, and worked on it everyday and finished it within the time frame he said he would. Even though I was out of town while he was working on our roof, he sent me daily report with photos and kept me informed on the progress. He is very trustworthy and conscientious, and finished our roof beautifully, and I couldn't be happier that I chose to go with Gates Roofing. Now I can sleep easy and not worry about the Super El-Nino everyone is talking about. If you're looking for a GREAT roofer, I would highly recommend that you give Shane a call!

This was a big job on our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Ron Martin, Juan, and the crew did an outstanding job of communication, scheduling, physical labor, and clean up. The work looks terrific. From estimate to completion of the job, Martin Roofing did excellent work. They are prompt, professional, neat, and courteous. Roofing is expensive and they were very reasonable in price. I highly recommend them. One further thing. The Martin Roofing workers exhibited tremendous patience, self-restraint, and fortitude when they were confronted during the work by a nearby irrational person. Their professional response demonstrated a personal integrity that says a lot about the quality of workers and Martin Roofing itself. For that response, a tip of the hat goes to them.

The mix of 20 year old rubbish, dry rot, saw dust and glue from cut plywood stuck to everything within reach. Car parked in the driveway became matted with the mix. Concrete path on the side of the house was covered with the mixture up to an inch, same with windows, jasmine bushes and other growth next to the fence, consequently killing the bloom and causing further drying out and decay. When attention was brought to it, promise was made to remedy this negligence. The solution according to Juan or Jose (as he was introduced by one of the workers) was to call the office. Upon speaking with the office man who not only didn't offer proper introduction, but refused to introduce himself even after introduction was made on my side, proceeded to insult me. Treat me with with rudeness and disrespect. Such as "what do you want us to do? Dig out your flowers? We are not gardeners. How about you call back in an hour when you calm down. I actually was calm. I was upset and caught by surprise due to the disrespect I was treated with. Never the less I called back later on the office number which states that the phone calls are being recorded. Hoping I will get someone else on the phone, but I got the same man I refer to now as Ass, since he again refused to introduce himself. And while he toned down a bit still he was inappropriate. Again he did not offer to remedy the negligence, instead he requested to call back on the other number the number that did not have recording and hung up on me. This experience makes me wonder about a lot of things. Most importantly, are these men naturally belligerent, hoping that this will stop someone from holding them responsible for their negligence? Especially when on their website they make this promise: " THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HONESTY & INTEGRITY, from preparation to clean-up, we perform all work to perfection and our superior quality workmanship is guaranteed. So rest assured if the work is done by us you are backed with experience & pride. Each job is treated like it's my mother's home, or like it's my own home. " Ron Martin, Owner

Tried to reach them for about three weeks. I finally got an estimate via email. They booked me 10 weeks out. On the day they were supposed to show up, I took the morning off of work to get everybody onto the property and settled in. They never showed up. When I called, the person who answered said they would look into where the crew was and get right back to me. Never heard from them again. I called several times over the next few days, and the phone just rang and rang. I finally used my partners phone and they immediately answered. Clearly, they had blocked my phone number. I told them who I was and wondering why they never showed up, again I was told that they would look into it and get right back to me. Never heard from them again. I called and called and they blocked this number also. Finally used my daughters phone and they answered. I told him who I was and they just hung up. Why be in business if you don't want to work? Why give estimates if you don't want to fulfill the job? Why book me on the calendar if you have no intention of showing up? Not only did this waste my time and money (I took three hours off of work and lost my wages), but it delayed me by a few months that actually getting my roof repaired by a reputable company.

We had initially contacted another roofing company. They came and "assessed" the roof. Also put a tarp over the "area" that was damaged since we knew multiple storms were coming. After multiple attempts to contact them they essentially ghosted us. We contacted Adam and he came next day to give see the area and give us a quote. Turned out the initial area that was covered wasn't the problem area. Luckily part of the tarp did cover the issue. We liked the quote he gave us and honestly we just wanted to get this issue resolved. Came next to work on it which we really appreciated it. Here's to hoping that was it and thankful for Adam being so responsive and on top of things.
