We had a water- main break underground during a big rainstorm- Dan responded in MINUTES to my desperate call. He stopped the water flow and repaired the broken pipe over the following week- huge job digging down 6' Recently I found a dripping sprinkler head in the hallway of a building- sent a text to Dan and again- immediate response. He was up on a ladder in 100 degree heat, diagnosed a bad sprinkler head connection and started making calls to get replacement parts and a custom-cut pipe. If he hadn't acted so fast, we could have had a burst sprinkler and a big wet mess on our hands. When replacing my washer and dryer I noticed my 3 prong washer outlet was probably the issue as to why my new dryer isn't turning on. I called them as they are located very close to my home and spoke with Lisa. She was very nice and attempted to help me over the phone. Quickly we realized I needed a technician and one was scheduled for 2pm. As 2pm approached I was notified by the technician (Vance) that he was going to be late. When he showed up he quickly noticed my outlet wasn't hooked up at the breaker (he said it is a common issue). He said he needed a part and returned a 20 minutes later and had the new breaker installed and my outlet working 10 minutes after that. I was all pleased but had a little sticker shock at the price. He was on my job for less than an hour and it cost me $250. I was never told a price before hand so it is my bad for saying "go ahead". But honestly I probably would have okayed it anyway as my family needs to do laundry.

He had made plans to go out of business the same week he sent out repairmen, without telling us.The attempts at repair were shoddy, and water leaked into kitchen cabinets and ruined them, a big added expense for poor workmanship by Precision. We called the same week he sent repairmen out and got a message that he was "out of business". We sent a letter requesting a refund for the "repair and 3 year guarantee", which was returned. We will pursue other avenues. In the past he had done good work. It is rare that I post a one star review but this was egregious in our opinion, especially after being loyal customers. We had to get a new roof with another company.

We got quotes from several roofing companies to replace the roof and re-side half of the house, including from several A-rated Angie's List companies. Precision came in with a fairly detailed bid, and also a higher-than-average price. We met with Michael a few times and were convinced by his professionalism and treatment of his employees that Precision would be the right company for the job. Turns out we were 100% correct. They did an excellent job, dealing with all kinds of problems along the way without a hitch. They were meticulous in their construction and the finished product looks fantastic. In retrospect, given the quality of their work, the slightly higher price was a total bargain. We were glad to pay it. We've had multiple people comment on the quality of the craftsmanship. Their warranty is also top-notch, and considerably longer than that of their competitors. We intend to use them again if we ever have any additional roofing needs. Can't recommend them highly enough. If I had to nitpick, one issue was timing -- they had to move the start date a few times to account for unexpected delays at another project they were working on.
