This review is for roof replacement. I very highly recommend Neri and his crew. They did an amazing job replacing my roof and every aspect of our interaction and the work was excellent. I called for an estimate which cost $200. That initially threw me but it's absolutely worth it as he does a thorough inspection and I would rather pay to know that it's done right! He was at my home within a couple of hours and what he told me was exactly in line with what the home inspection guy told me when I bought my home down to the last detail. No BS whatsoever and his quote was very competitive. I immediately felt comfortable with everything. Of course he credited the $200 to the cost of the job and we scheduled him to start about 10 days later. Then, about 2 days later a big rainstorm was scheduled to hit Ventura and dump a couple of inches of rain. I called Neri that morning and before I could even speak he said he was just about to call me and that he was heading over with some material to patch the exposed cracks and loose vents on my dilapidated roof to make SURE I would get through the storm without any leaks. He showed up in an hour and took care of it. AMAZING. My roof is about 1500 square feet and they had to remove 2 previous layers of shingles and replace everything. I wasn't stalking them but I happened to be home and working on my house as well and I spent a good amount of time watching them work. They pulled every single old nail and replaced every single flashing, valley, and vent, and placed every shingle PERFECTLY using quality materials. Very efficient and very professional. They showed up on time, worked hard (in a 100 degree heat wave), and had it done in 2 days as promised. It should be mentioned also that Neri is really just a very nice, decent guy and that his crew was really good-natured and respectful, and they worked with a smile the whole time. They were meticulous with cleaning up every last scrap of fallen material, cleaning gutters. and leaving my home and roof looking sparkling new. The quality of work is impeccable. I reached out to Pool Solar & Roofing along with several other companies about a rook and gutter cleaning. Neri got back to me first and was able to fit me in the next day. He made my tile roof look brand new again. He went up on the roof and sent me videos and photos to show some other items that he could take care up for some repairs. He got to work and it came out great. One extra level of service that I want to note was I had just had my windows cleaned a few days before. When pressure washing the roof, there was dirty and water that got all over the new windows (not a surprise). Neri finished the job and went around and cleaned all the windows. Nerinel is my guy when it comes to Solar. He drove all the way to me did not expect a sell but educated me about the cheap Amazon tubes I bought vs the options he offer. He spent over an hour so I can make a informative decision on what to do with my pool. Left me a competitive quote, once again did not push for a sell. And informed me to let him know if I need anything. Despite his quote was very competitive, it still cost me an arm and an leg. But IT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT and it is absolutely ESSENTIAL if you have a pool. We all know how it is owning a pool. The weather is 90 degrees and your pool will barely hit 75. Either sweat in the storming heat or freeze to death by jump into your pool. Without the solar heater our pool season is literally a month, 2 month at most. The weather needs to be 100 plus for the pool temperature to be comfortable. Which makes owning a pool really not practical... With the solar pool heater say HELLO to a super extended pool season. On a sunny day in April the pool was easily hitting 80 degree, which is a comfortable temperature to swim in. Right now is June and the pool is easily hitting 90 degree. Which is simply a bliss to jump into the pool during the cool morning. And feels great for a dip in the middle of the night. Both could not be possible without the solar pool heater. With the automatic control I can easily read, and set the temperature of the pool. No more second guessing is it the pool warm enough for a swim. I am so glad I went with Nerinel instead of a cheap Do-It-Yourself kit. This is easily the best purchasing decision I made in a very long time. We have been extremely satisfied with Neri and his roofing service. Our first experience was almost two years ago when we contacted him about our extremely leaky roof. I was impressed that he came out several hours after I first contacted him to examine our roof although it was at the height of the roofing repair season. He was pleasant, professional and quick in proving his estimate with two options; partial repair or complete replacement. The prices seemed reasonable.
