He was recommended by our realtor who uses him for all her clients. I recently had a re-roof (as well as replacement of my attic vents with fireproof ones) done in order to install solar panels. Ed came out and gave me a very detailed bid, which was very reasonably priced. I was facing a tight deadline as the solar installation had already been scheduled. Ed made sure he completed the project with plenty of time to meet my deadline. His crew worked very hard and completed the job quickly and efficiently. No non-sense type people. Unlike other contractors, his crew did not pull away to start and/or finish some other job. They were here the entire time until they completed the job. One of his foremen had 8 years working with Ed. After completing the job, they cleaned up and left our home as if they had never been there. When they completed the job, they mentioned that one of the vents did not fit properly. They said they would get a new one and retune the following morning to reinstall it. So often, contractors say they will come back on a timely basis to fix or finish something they weren't able to do during the job, but they don't do it right away. Ed's people showed up the next day as promised and replaced the vent. That's service and develops trust. Lastly, Ed indicated he would return after my solar installation to check the roof to insure the solar installers didn't break anything, at no additional cost. Once again, that is service. I highly recommend Ed for any of your roofing needs.

Although my husband and I are still trying to decide which company to go with, I want to say how incredibly impressed I am with Ryan at Conejo Services/Local Roofs. First, he arrived within the promised two-hour window. Additionally, he called me, and I received a text message with his approximate arrival time. Then, he explained the services they provide, the warranty, any additional services we requested be completed, and more. When I asked him questions about the process, he didn't make me feel dumb; he explained it in a very easy-to-understand way and definitely helped me understand the roofing process a lot better. After about 20 minutes of measurements and calculations, Ryan was able to email me a quote before he left our property! Unfortunately, this company had one of the highest quotes among the other roofing companies we met with, but I can't emphasize enough how professional and knowledgeable Ryan was. If only their pricing were lower, we'd love to consider working with them.

Local Roofs has been acquired by Conejo Services over the past year. Since then, the wait time to speak to a customer service rep is long, messages are not returned, and I'm being given different answers to the same question by different people. This small, privately owned company has become a large conglomerate, and the personal service that they once had is gone. Very sad and disappointed that this has happened.

The experience exceeded our expectations - highly responsive, actionable, and oh so thorough! Two years of concerns came down to less than two days of repair. From the first call, warmly received by Shannon, to onsite diagnosing days later by supervisor Chris, and onsite work a week later by Keith and Brandon, we were able to do affordable repairs and preventative maintenance. The JH3 team repaired a hole in our roof, spotted and fixed shortcomings that may have led to expanded issues, cleared gutters of debris, and provided a 5-year repair warranty certificate. Now, they are certainly our trusted referral.

I told them I wanted color-changing LED lighting, custom shelving for my consoles, a clean dual-monitor setup, and soundproofing for late-night gaming. They didn't just agree they brought back even better ideas. They redesigned the whole room, added hidden cable channels so everything looks flawless, installed floating shelves with LEDs underneath, and helped me choose the perfect paint color to make the room glow. They also suggested adding foam acoustic panels throughout the space, which ended up making the room perfectly soundproof. Every detail from the way I wanted the lighting to reflect off the walls to the exact height of my monitor mountwas done with crazy precision. The final setup looks like something straight out of a YouTube gaming tour. The quality, communication, and attention to detail were all 10/10. They turned a basic room into a full gaming sanctuary, and I can't stop showing it off. If you need a company that listens and brings your ideas to life, Green Remodeling is the one. I'll definitely be hiring them again.

We opted to keep the same style - Spanish tile - but wanted all new tiles. Did a considerable amount of research and asking around, about which company to use. We received a few quotes, which were all similar. But Statewide Roofing stood out for the number of customer reviews received. And the reviews were all 5 stars. I know reviews can be shill/fake reviews, but these all seemed legit. They have someone answering the phone. No voice mail. Once we were under deposit, Cody came to our home to tarp two vulnerable sections of our roof before a rain storm. Once they started working, they moved efficiently and quickly. One crew strips and cleans your roof. Followed by a carpentry crew who replace any bad wood. Then the roofers come and lay down a double layer of paper and then install the tiles. They work cleanly and they work hard. Lastly, they brought our roof up to code by adding attic vents and installing a bunch of vents that we need, but which our previous roof was missing. Statewide roofing earned this 5 star review!
