I recently removed an inground swimming pool for my backyard and was left with a dirt lot that I needed to develop. We really had no firm ideas of our own regarding how to develop the backyard, but Brandon came out and gave us some really fantastic design options. After consulting with other businesses, we decided to go with Dream Green Landscape. After we explain to Brandon exactly how we would like to use the backyard, he came up with a perfect configuration that combined pebble, concrete, and succulent plants. Brandon sent us all of the potential plants we could use, but we ultimately trusted his creative vision and allowed him full reign to pick whatever he thought would look best. Brandon has an impressive crew that came out and did the work alongside Brandon. They laid irrigation, put in the plants, the ground cover, and the concrete. The final product is amazing. We love our backyard, and with Brandon's efforts, it has been transformed into a wonderful serene environment that we enjoy spending time in. Brandon warranties all plants for 6 months, and when a few plants didn't look particularly healthy, he came out and replaced all four of them no questions asked. I've hired plenty of contractors in my day, but the real test of customer service is how well they treat you after you've parted with your money. Brandon was just as responsive and customer service oriented in replacing these plants as he was in getting our business in the first place. Several of my neighbors who are considering similar projects have viewed and loved the work Brandon did in our backyard. They are currently working with Brandon on their own projects. We've been so pleased we're considering now removing the grass in our front yard and having Brandon put together a design to replace our front grass with drought resistant landscaping. I am extremely happy with Dream Green, Brandon, his crew, and how my backyard project turned out. Everyone that has seen the yard has been blown away. Dream Green Landscape just finished our backyard, which was all dirt just a few weeks ago! They deserve more than 5 stars. We had an idea of what we wanted and Brandon really listened and drew up a design that we were really happy with. Professional and kind throughout the whole process. We love the paver patio, the planters throughout the border of the backyard, the grass, the trees, the landscape lighting, the pathways, and we are really happy with the whole look. We are so glad we chose Dream Green Landscape for their expertise in designing our backyard, providing great plant suggestions, and being professional at every step of the way. Our backyard project consisted of building a retaining wall, leveling the grounds, planting 40+ plants throughout the area, installing lights, and putting in a drip irrigation system. Dream Green (DG) is a great landscaping contractor and I enjoyed working with the crew. As others have mentioned on this site, Brandon is a man of his word. Eventhough he is overloaded with jobs, he will not ignore you, nor your request. If Brandon says he's going to do something, he does it. He may need to shoehorn your request into his schedule, but he'll figure it out. DG may not be the cheapest option available, but I believe you get what you pay for in this space. I paid a premium over hiring anyone off the street with some gardnening experience, however, I received premium service in return. DG is fully insured, bonded, and offers a warranty for all of their work. I already had to use use the warranty, however, Brandon responded with a positive attitude. Brandon has honor and integrity. I have no qualms about rehiring DG for a future project. I look forward to doing so. read more

He also gave us a detailed estimate with a reasonable cost. Brandon helped us look for an AC technician and an electrician to relocate our AC condenser to a location before we started remodeling our backyard. He followed-up with us frequently. He even added a lighting system, which was not in the original estimate, on his own cost. Brandon also took his time to go the local nursery to help us choose the plants for our planter. We decided this was the year to update our front yard. In February, we lost our 26-year-old tree due to the strong winds. We have in the past, replaced our sod in front, however, our front yard gets afternoon sun from noon to sunset. Therefore, we wanted a low maintenance yard, ground cover, drought resistant plants and scrubs that can handle the heat. Found Dream Green Landscape website. I like his picture gallery. Made an appointment with Brandon, I had two pictures one of ground cover and a bush I liked. Brandon, said that the ground cover and bush would work great for our yard. Brandon has a great knowledge of plants and landscaping. We like his plan for our yard, and his detailed, written proposal. Brandon's crew arrived on time each day. They worked hard each day, and then always cleaned up every single day before they left. Both Brandon and his crew were always polite. Brandon answer any question or concern that I had and addressed it fully. Phone calls and texts were returned promptly. Brandon was easy to work with. Brandon transformed our front yard from sod, 26-year-old bushes, to a wonderful landscape! They replace the sod with a ground cover of Dymondia (Silver carpet), boarded by drought resistant plants, succulents, flowery plants and mulch. Install new lights. Our house is on the corner, added a block rustic stone wall, not too high appx 24", that boarder the ground cover and plants, from the corner of our house to end of our property line. Added drip irrigation for the plants and new sprinklers for the ground cover. We have received lots of compliments from friends and neighbors. We couldn't be happier of our new beautiful landscape. We had to really start from scratch in this project, as the yard actually needed to be leveled in front and back, the patio and driveway demolished, as well as extensive fencing built and pavers put in the driveway and patio. Brandon appeared to be a reasonable guy at first, but once he took our money on the most recent job he did for us, he stopped all communication and left the job incomplete. As one small example his workers knowingly installed a broken light and I only found out when I saw it a few days later. Since the beginning of August, instead of coming back to fix and replace it, Brandon has ignored countless calls and texts. He has also posted photos of my house without my approval or authorization. He never even asked to take photos of my house. To his own admission, Brandon is not set up for anything other than large jobs. His sincere lack of effort to come back and fix a known problem speaks to both the quality of his work and his customer service skills. His workers threw rusty metal u-hooks in our grass (instead of throwing them away), which I had to pick out over several days so my dogs and young children didn't step on them. When that was brought to his attention, there wasn't any acknowledgment whatsoever. We had a large job for Brandon and his company but I absolutely cannot recommend him to others.
