Steve Garcia Owner was present everyday. He ran this project even did some of the work himself. They started this project worked 7 days a week and got the whole project done in 10 days. Please note this time frame doesn't include cement to cure and sealer time. This is extend by weather and cement which can not be controlled by no one. Steve was professional and on time. He returned all text messages and calls in the same day.. This project was the best experience in construction I have ever had. Please note that we have a phase II planed in 6 months for additional cement on the side of the house.. We are actually looking forward to our second project with Steve. We know he will get the job done with high quality... We are also getting turf, landscaping and a water feature... This consisted of drains, dirt removal, electrical 220 for spa and pavers on the side of the house. We also have a planter which consisted of a raised brick wall.. Steve and his crew are great. Steve gave us an honest bid, identified a few things to upgrade we had not considered, and made the project better. He replaced and painted some dry rot over the back patio, fixed a standing water issue from the old sprinkler lines, recommended some funky plant options, added lights throughout, turned an unused portion of our side yard into a path and sitting area, and helped us put together a temporary shade area. Steve & Joe took such good care of us! Our front "lawn" (using this term loosely) was basically an uneven weed patch filled with craters from past gopher damage & failed attempts at seeding plants. After Epic was done with it, all of the bad stuff was removed & in its place was a clean, curb-appealing lawn that had been thoroughly tilled with nutrient-rich soil amendment, sprinklers adjusted (+ a few added) for maximum coverage efficiency, rolled & leveled. It's so pretty now! What an amazing difference it makes, it really ties everything around it together now (hardscape, other plants).
