Frank was a complete class act as he coordinated the execution of the work and kept an open line of communication with us throughout. The materials are high-end and gorgeous. We are no longer hiring amateurs who flash a low price but deliver shoddy work that requires redoing in the end. Green Scene EARNED our trust.

We really had no firm ideas of our own regarding how to develop the backyard, but Brandon came out and gave us some really fantastic design options. After consulting with other businesses, we decided to go with Dream Green Landscape. After we explain to Brandon exactly how we would like to use the backyard, he came up with a perfect configuration that combined pebble, concrete, and succulent plants. Brandon sent us all of the potential plants we could use, but we ultimately trusted his creative vision and allowed him full reign to pick whatever he thought would look best. Brandon has an impressive crew that came out and did the work alongside Brandon. They laid irrigation, put in the plants, the ground cover, and the concrete. The final product is amazing. We love our backyard, and with Brandon's efforts, it has been transformed into a wonderful serene environment that we enjoy spending time in. Brandon warranties all plants for 6 months, and when a few plants didn't look particularly healthy, he came out and replaced all four of them no questions asked. I've hired plenty of contractors in my day, but the real test of customer service is how well they treat you after you've parted with your money. Brandon was just as responsive and customer service oriented in replacing these plants as he was in getting our business in the first place. Several of my neighbors who are considering similar projects have viewed and loved the work Brandon did in our backyard. They are currently working with Brandon on their own projects. We've been so pleased we're considering now removing the grass in our front yard and having Brandon put together a design to replace our front grass with drought resistant landscaping. I can't recommend this company enough. Brandon is a true pro and a credit to his craft.

The finished project exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The entire project took about nine months, with roughly half that time spent navigating Los Angeles County's permitting and approval process. Picture Build's permit coordinator did an excellent job keeping everything moving and minimizing delays. The demolition phase was exceptional. Luis and his crew removed our old pool in a neighborhood where heavy equipment wasn't an option, so most of the work had to be done by hand. Their skill, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive. Once demolition was complete, a talented team of craftsmen brought our vision to life. They poured new concrete, built a beautiful stacked-stone retaining wall, and installed stunning travertine pavers throughout the patio. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Our project manager, Jorge, kept both the demolition and construction phases running smoothly. Like any major project, we encountered a few minor challenges, but every issue was resolved quickly and professionally by Jorge or John Durso, the company's general manager. Special thanks as well to Max, our electrician, and Brian, the quality control supervisor and all-around problem solver, for their dedication and attention to detail. The final transformation is incredible. What was once an aging pool is now a beautiful, inviting outdoor living space where our family loves spending time together. Picture Build delivered exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service throughout the entire project.

Before making our final decision, we interviewed four different companies to compare our options. Ultimately, what made all the difference was their ability to deliver a detailed 3D plan based entirely on our vision, paired with the guidance of their expert designer. Throughout the project, we had to pivot on certain parts of the design to accommodate existing brick fences and challenging land slopes, but the team handled these adjustments seamlessly, and the final outcome is truly amazing. If you are planning to design or renovate your yard, I highly recommend that you meet with their team for a consultation and quote.

We qualified for the DWP's Turf Replacement program and we searched for a company that would work with us to implement our ideas. Mike was a great landscape designer! He took the plans we received from the DWP and enhanced them for our garden. When we needed to make adjustments for additional plants, Mike provided us with several choices and photos which allowed us to make informed decisions. Carlos and his team were great to work with. They were responsive to our questions and requests and even let us know when they were taking a lunch break so we could let the dogs out during that time. Dee came by to check on the project regularly. We have some plants that appear to be struggling. He said they may be in shock (it was over 100 degrees when they were planted) and he wanted to give them a couple weeks to recover. If they don't, he said we should call and they'll replace them. What started as a project to redo our existing flagstone turned into quite a bit more as we went along, and Pete was wonderful about accommodating everything we decided to add. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work that was done, and we always felt like we were getting great value. Pete truly gave us five-star treatment throughout the entire process. He spent time during the week sourcing plants and materials for the project, then showed up on the weekends with a full crew ready to get everything done. He even took us along to pick out plants so we could choose exactly what we wanted and make sure everything came together the way we envisioned it. That level of personal attention really stood out to us. We were also incredibly impressed by how quickly and efficiently his crew worked. Looking at the scope of the project, we honestly thought it would take weeks- and somehow they knocked it out in just a few days! They worked incredibly hard, and the results speak for themselves. Our backyard went from an unfinished, uneven space to somewhere we genuinely want to spend time. The flagstone looks beautiful, the landscaping feels intentional and inviting, and at night with the lights on, the whole backyard has such a warm, cozy atmosphere. We absolutely love it! Pete was a pleasure to work with, attentive, reasonably priced, and incredibly accommodating- even as we kept adding things along the way. He and his crew delivered exactly what we were hoping for and then some. We would absolutely use Landmark Landscape Corp. again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pete and his team. He came out walked the property with me. He immediate got what I was trying to do. "Refresh everything with low water consumption plants and a more modern style." The original landscaping was from the 1970's. The overgrown junipers and ficus plants reflected that. The galvanized sprinklers with the leaky, non functional valves, all needed to be replaced. He said to give him a couple of days and he would get back to me. True to his word, he sent me the quote on time. I reviewed it with my wife, but she wanted to understand his plan for the property, so we arranged for him to meet us once again. He explained his vision for the property. He then took us to a Landscape nursery so that we could see the plants he had in mind. My wife like his choices, she picked a couple of flower colors and I picked the type of trees. Pete scheduled the entire thing, all four sides of the property, to be done in one weekend. He came out with his crew and demo'd everything, installed new drainage, new sprinklers (including drip irrigation) and laid new sod, planted the plants and trees and laid out the gravel and crushed granite walkways. It came out spectacular. The house really looks brand new with the new grass and plants. His crew and he fixed a number of problems and really changed the look of the house. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied!

Working with Joseph was seamless--he was extremely organized and communicative throughout the whole process. He's the whole reason we chose Regal instead of the other quotes we got and he really came through on everything we wanted while also giving us his valuable opinion. It was a decent-sized scope: we pulled out a row of old overgrown bougainvillea (stumps, roots and all), demolished a concrete slab by the garage, added a new flagstone pathway and patio, decomposed granite replaced an entire lawn, mulch and decorative pebble in the front yard, a long podocarpus privacy hedge, full drip irrigation conversion with smart timers, and landscape lighting in the front and back. They even installed our new fire pit for us. Joseph walked the property with us, gave real opinions about what would and wouldn't work instead of just saying yes to everything, and stayed reachable by text the whole way through. His invoice was also the most detailed quote we got, which gave us a lot of confidence that the details would be handled when we got through When we changed our minds on a couple of details mid-project, he handled it easily.
