I got tired of paying the water bill, constant fertilizing and feeding along with mowing and weeding. Iver promptly came out and gave me a fair bid. Because I had used him previously and had vetted four companies before selecting him, I did not feel I needed to get any further bids He immediately started on the work and finished as promised. However, due to the weather at the time, he knew he was gonna have to come back to stretch and tighten the turf once the weather warmed up. Ivar and his team returned to the house over the weekend and made all the necessary adjustments to tighten up the turf and make it look pristine! I vetted four companies originally to do my landscape project before selecting Iver. He is a man of his word and will follow through with anything he promises. They dug out our grass/sprinkler's and installed turf with gopher mesh and weed barrier, we also had them build garden beds, plant bushes with lighting, a drip system and mulch and repave the side of the house. . The crew show up on time, they were very careful not to damage anything in the backyard. Total project took about 5 days. The quality of the materials so far seems to be great. I hired EC Turf after getting quotes from 5 other turf and putting green installers, all the others sounded like used car salesman and or they where way overpriced and honestly i just did not like any of the other guys. It's been over 5 years since they installed the turf in our backyard and I can't say enough great…read morethings about it. Getting through the pandemic with a safe space for the kids was the first priority. But since then they have put it through the test each and every time they go outside. Through it all the turf has performed incredibly well. And many people, upon first glance, question why we put real grass in the backyard. We came looking for him at the address listed in this yelp account and it turns out this is his father's home address and Greg has moved to Oklahoma! So the 15 years warranty we were promised when we hired him for this very expensive job was more a 15 days warranty...

After having some very bad experiences with contractors during our home remodel, I became extremely cautious about hiring anyone, practically ptsd. Finding someone honest, knowledgeable, and dependable is not easy. From the very first meeting with Sep, I knew I was dealing with someone who actually does this for a living and takes pride in his work. Sep speaks clear English (important very important, native speaker, believe me), took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions patiently, and made thoughtful suggestions that I hadn't even considered (like leaving the border for example, I wanted to leave but he suggested to remove). At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt educated and confident in the decisions we were making. By the end of our first meeting, I trusted him completely. He even suggested to get more quotes but I did not feel a need to. He absolutely impressed me. He is very PERSONAL and has extremely well disposition. He brought samples the fist estimate meeting! Helped me narrow it down, asked questions I even did not think about. I had tree guys giving me estimates but my daughter after meeting Sep said "no no no comparison Mom, he is the guy, the unicorn tells me he is the guy" During the process the crew encountered the problem that stump from the dead tree was not removed even though I paid the other company to remove it! It was not done! Sep immediately reacted found a company, called them and they came within 2 hours to remove the huge dead stump. Sep's crew did amazing work, hauled everything away, cleaned up the entire area, and then transformed our backyard with beautiful artificial turf. The amount of work they completed was incredible. During the project I was honestly nervous because the yard looked like a construction zone, but they knew exactly what they were doing. The finished result exceeded my expectations. Our backyard looks larger, cleaner, and so much more inviting. It completely transformed the space. What impressed me most was the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept me informed, and genuinely cared about the quality of the final result. I told Sep that I would like to do it asap, he understood and scheduled me immediately. I had contractors coming for quote and then disappearing, or even worse, starting the job and disappearing! So I cannot stress it enough that dealing with Sep was absolutely exceptional! Being absolutely new to remodeling process I noticed how contractors take advantage and I clearly see it when they do it, this is not the case with Sep. And I am very grateful for that! After everything we've been through with other contractors, I can honestly say I would never go to anyone else for landscaping or grass work. It is such a relief to finally find someone I can trust.
